Great food and amazing specialty coffees! Staff is always super friendly. Breakfast, sandwiches, to go salads or yogurt . Cold brews, lates, tea, smoothies and more. Good prices too
I always grab a double latte (horchata, if it's available) from here on the way in to work for 3 reasons: 1. Much cheaper than Starbucks and Peet's 2. Espresso is tasty and as a kicker, super strong 3. Extremely convenient if you're exiting out the City Center side I've never had the coffee here but I've heard it is great as well. They also have a small assortment of pastries, yogurt parfaits, and the occasional cookies/fruits.

I tried Ice americano & cafe alllait (more milky than regular latte) Surprised because of the price & the taste. I spend $4.45 for two. I love coffee & certified barista myself so I love to try new or signature menu on the shop. I wanted to try there signature which is horchata latte, but it was sold out. Definitely will come back & try.
