Friendly service. Pizza wasn’t was warm as I would have wanted but still tasted good. Also the salad bar isn’t much of a salad bar. I would add more cheese and croutons. The location is cute and I like sitting by the window.

the worst pizza, found a bug in the pizza box and the salad. the worst service. they literally charge your card WITHOUT delivering the food! NOTHING! NADA! just take your money and give you nothing in return! calling my credit card company now!

I grew up with Round Table. It was one of our family's favorite pizza restaurants. I can't comment on the food or service at this (Grand Avenue, Oakland) location because every time I've tried to order from here, either the wait time was too long, the delivery was ridiculously slow, or was canceled at the last minute, or my coupon wasn't honored and the price for one or two pizzas cost more than a sit-down meal at a well-known chain restaurant. Moreover, there are A LOT OF PIZZA RESTAURANTS in the SF BAY AREA. Round Table is not special! Please do better.

I love Roundtable pizza and this location is great! I live around the corner and order takeout regularly here. It's been delicious every time. Orders are done on time and the staff is nice too. Only good experiences here! Unsure why the ratings are so low.

This review is overdue. First, there is a reason this place has only 2 stars, there are so many better and less expensive pizza restaurants within walking distance. To be honest, I used to come here pretty frequently during covid since they deliver/bring the order to your car. Recently, I actually stepped foot inside of the restaurant and its disgusting! It smells so bad, and they had signs indicating the restrooms were out of order?? Where the heck do employees wash their hands? On my LAST and FINAL visit here, I spoke to the owner because they quoted me one price over the phone ($60 for 2 large pizzas) but upon arrival he said they would not honor the coupon posted on THEIR website but rather offered the price of $70.... I ended up walking out and going to wholefoods to purchase pizzas. Talk about bait and switch! Trust me guys, stay away...FAR away!

I placed a delivery order which I never received. When I called the store an hour later. They said the pizza was there and they "reheat" them and send it out. I simply asked for a fresh pizza since it had been 90 mins since my originally order. They refused to make a new pizza so I requested a refund, which initially they also refused to do. After several attempt they said they "just refund me and hung up." After four days I still was charged and call them to inquiry about the refund in which again they hung up on me.

So about a week ago I placed and order with them for lunch at work and the stole my point and the manager never got back to me about them. I texted him a picture of my order and my points. I even called to confirm the order. The lady said yeah we have your order. Then when the delivery drive shows up he says $45.00 dollars. I then call the store and me and the manager talk. He said he would get back to me and never got called back.... Up until this point this was my favorite round table. Just lost a customer.
