This is one of the rudest establishments… EVER. The man was short and repulsed by me and my grandmother. He made huge unnecessarysighs and complaints that weren’t warranted. Once again I can’t eat here and I refuse to service them. This is something ridiculous!!The craziest part is he didn’t apologize… once and when I tried to call his manger corporate they directed me back to him. His horrible attitude and customer service overall messed up my day. This man won’t be able to accurately account for his actions and his behavior towards me. This review is the only way to show my true disgust and frustration with the service I received today… by MANAGEMENT. I am 100% sure it’s a race thing because when I seen him interact with other customers the same level of disrespect did not occur!This behavior shouldn’t be tolerable and I urge all future customers to not go to this location if they really want good service as well as good food!

Had half anchovies pizza and half pineapple,tomatoes,red onions. The pineapple side was just as I’d hope it would taste like! Veg.version of a Hawaiian pizza. Grandmas side of the pizza on the other hand, she had to pick off the anchovies because they tasted like a pile of salt? I’ve ordered from here before and never been disappointed, except this one time with the anchovies. Still, would return and recommend this location.Price: $37 for a Large.

had a large sausage pizza 2/4/24 that was as mediocre as I've ever tasted. Crust not good, sauce not good, cheese not good, sausage OK and at $30, more expensive than Domino's, which is lots better.

Thank you so much for your hospitality and the great food! We came in as a 17 person group of mostly high school students with very last minute notice and were provided the best service possible. They were not only kind, but very generous and accommodating. The pizza came out quickly and was excellent! Thank you, again!!!

I'm usually a fan of Round Table and order from Alameda all the time but I was on the way home from Berkeley so I decided to place an order from the Mountain location. I wanted to try tye new pepperoni and bacon pizza that they have advertised. I always check the pizza before I leave and so when I looked this is what I saw. If you notice they only put toppings in the center of the pizza so I asked the woman and she told me that's the "style". I asked her to clarify and she said that when it cooks, The cheese melts away. I have no idea what that means and as I was trying to understand she cuts me off and says. You don't have to take it, we can give you a refund. Of course I don't want a pizza with the toppings all bunched together in the center, but she was very short and rude and I have a feeling that's not the "style" but I'm gonna check with corporate tomorrow. As for me ordering from here again. 100% Hell No. Customer service is everything these days!
customer service is shitty i had uncooked bell peppers and all veggies on my combination pizza xl pizza were un cooked i called back and they hung up in my face and said thats not their problem also sent my order thru doordash and didnt give me my condiments i paid i am very upset they r wrong the manager was no help oakland round table is ghetto

Love this place - although I visited during dinner time, the staff graciously allowed me to buy the lunch special so that I can get a personal pizza, salad bar, and a drink. 5 stars for the service and kindness.

This restaurant takes online orders, but does not deliver what was ordered.I asked for classic wings; I received boneless pressed meat wings.I ordered an individual Cesar salad; I was handed a bowl and told to help myself at the salad bar that was in the process of closing down.
