Food is fresh made to order & open 7 days a week...When owners there everything is on point & communicate changes... usually when the owners are there QuesaBirrias are served with grilled onions and grilled jalapeño.... when not there I've received my QB with out the sides sometimes not even the fixings (onions, cilantro & lime) and to be quite clear they don't look, feel nor taste the same as when the owners make the food... Today on the other had was unacceptable.... ordered 15 pupsas, some weren't fully cooked, and some had lil filling... on top of that an other customer had came ordered after I did and was served immediately... its either the lady served the customer some of my order or completely stop making my order to tend to him since he was a smaller order and maybe someone she new or an other regular customer since they were very chatty... either way speaking from experience in the hospitality industry... you make the orders in order as the come in big or small... being skipped up didn't go unnoticed waited 30mins for my food it was just me and the other customer... even on a busy day I was served faster???... then to be charged a round up number!?!... 15×3.50= 52.50... was charge 53.00... not the first time by the way... we pretty much always get the same orders n always pay different prices?!?... Im not tripping off the 50 cents tho... but again didn't go unnoticed... I Kindly ask for price n menu be posted and conduct the business the right way most of all be consistent when it comes to the food... and if you don't carry change... the customer shouldn't have to over pay and getting away with ripping off the consumers... do this to the wrong person and they call the county & state report you can have you shutdown.... not only for what I've commented but when they see all the Violations that don't go a notice as well...
