This restaurant for some reason has an average rating but honestly it's one of the best Thai foods in the area. Their green and red curry at top quality, it's consistent day in and day out. It's been my go to place during COVID and it's not disappointed one bit.

This place is sooo good! Every time I've come here the food has been on point and the owner is always so gracious. I've had different noodle dishes, the chicken, and the fresh rolls and everything is always fresh and delicious - the veggies always have that good bit of firmness left with them when mixed in with the noodles and the meat is good quality. Definitely always happy coming here.

Sadly, this restaurant is no longer taking social distancing/coronavirus covid-19 seriously. I just picked up an oder and nobody was wearing a mask (and I could see folks back in the kitchen). This is reckless to the employees and the customers. I will not being going back during this pandemic, and perhaps for a good while after. This is particularly unfortunate because of all the Thai restaurants I have tried in the east Bay, this one has the best food. I will have to find some place else and recommend you do the same.

We ordered dinner from here based on a recommendation from the Marriott. We ordered Tom-Kha, Yellow Curry with rice & Pad-See-Ew all with chicken. We thought this was some of the best Thai food we've ever had. I don't usually write a review after a first visit somewhere (good or bad) but this place was so good they deserve 5 stars!

Being a place recommended by the staff at the hotel where we stayed. Was easy to find and we arrived just as they were opening. Despite this, they were very friendly and more than welcoming. The food was some of the best Thai we have had. Very flavorful and reasonably priced. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and would eat here again if I am in the Oakland area.

Thai restaurant open for takeout. We ordered for the Pad See Ew and vegetable Curry. Both were good, portions were sizable, and the order was made quickly. Just one complaint - Ordered via Yelp because wanted to avoid cash/cards at the restaurant and they still made me sign a printout.

There are so many choices on this menu that it is hard to choose! Everything Asian is here! We were a party of 8 and everyone had something different. From curry to fried rice, chicken, beef, pork and shrimp dishes and even our vegetarian friend had several choices. The place was blessedly quiet so we could talk and visit. People who had the curry loved it. Everyone else was very satisfied with their choices. Prices are good as well.

Need some Thai food while social distancing? Definitely check this place out! The portions were sizable enough for 3 meals per plate, and enough flavor to go around! We ordered the tofu panang curry and the catfish green curry with some crispy rolls, sticky rice and peanut sauce for good measure - I'm most likely going to order the same thing after I finish digesting. The only sad part was the dipping sauce spilled in the bag during delivery - I blame it on the quarantine.
Looking for Thai takeout during the SIP, and called Siam Bay. They have a 4.5star rating on Google. We ordered for lunch: Pad See Ew and Green Curry. Both were fantastic! Flavorful, fresh, and not greasy. Thanks, and am stoked with this location - I'll be back!

Not worth it. Overpriced low quality food. Very little ingredients given. Paid like $14 for shrimp pad Thai and they only gave me 4 pieces of shrimp that tasted a little rotten. Usually generous amount of noodles are given for pad Thai but the amount was disappointing. Noodles were too sweet and drenched with too much sauce. There was a little too much liquid sitting at the bottom of plate. Server never checked on me.

Veggie fresh rolls were delicious. But after over 30 mins, still waiting on my entree. My server didn't check on me or give me an update after 15+ minutes. I had to flag him down to finally get my entree. Then I had to flag someone down again for a box and the check. Food was very good (4 stars). Service was very disappointing slow and inattentive (1 star). Don't recommend if you're in a hurry.
