Great coffee, awesome location. But atmosphere/clientèle is too hipster (like hardcore hipster) for me.

Hands down my favorite neighborhood coffee shop. There’s a lot of good coffee in Oakland, but this is everything a coffee shop should be — a part of the community, a part of people’s daily routine. Baristas who know your name and know your order. The perfect cup of coffee, zero pretentiousness. Even though I no longer live in the neighborhood, when I want a great cup of coffee, this is where I come.
