excellent cliff teas out of this world tea experience
Great experience as a tea beginner! I came based on a friend’s recommendation when I said I wanted to start buying better (read: non supermarket) tea for myself but was overwhelmed by the options. I tried a cup before buying some, and received detailed instructions and advice on brewing. The folks were super nice and the space is great too.
Awesome service, impressive and intimidating selection. I had an amazing puer called Ancient Woodland. But I am convinced all there teas are amazing
This is truly a special place. The quality of this tea remains unmatched in my research and efforts across the US and online.
Not only are the leaves the finest, their knowledge of the history, the process of producing, and the benefits of the varieties they sell is exceptional.
Whether you are a collector of Chinese tea at the highest grade, or new to tea, you can trust you will feel welcome, will learn something, and will taste something delicious you haven’t before.
I was excited to try the tea as I’m a tea not coffee person. As I entered with my small service dog, several things happened:
1) it felt disheveled-
Where does one order
Why are all the tables crowding the entry
Behind the counter saw a bunch of tea leaves appearing as if no container available, etc
2) as I oriented, a person sitting in the middle of the cluster of tables told me dogs were not allowed. I indicated she was a service dog and I was interested in a cup of tea to go. I asked if he was the owner (my thought was, why is an owner sitting in the muscle of the cafe working). He told me the owner was behind the counter. This person came off condescending and rude.
3) I turn to the counter and an Asian woman said, “no dogs!”. Again I indicated she was a service dog and very rudely said “buy tea and leave” in a very rude and obnoxious manner.
I decided I didn’t care to spend 1 cent in this shop, and there must be a reason the newest reviews were 2 months ago.
Between the chaotic set up, mess behind the counter, lack of ADA understanding, rude (patron?) and owner, it was a massive disappointing experience.
Such a gem to have this place! Could use a bit of outdoor seating please.

Tea lover’s paradise. The people here are friendly and welcoming which is great because the amount of tea to choose from can be overwhelming. Highly recommended.
This place is very special. Can feel the passion and effort the owners put on tea. If anyone is looking for a place for a really good cup of tea and want to learn something about Chinese tea culture, this is the place to go! Owners are very friendly and have rich knowledge about Chinese tea.
Delicious tea and wonderful service. I will be coming back many times!
