Part of the Wood Tavern family. If the wait is too long at wood tavern - don't skip out on southie. They might be known for their lunch sandwiches but they make a mean dinner too.

We love this place! We are regulars! However, we were disappointed today when we ordered 2 Gruner Veltliner wines ($11/glass) and after we finished our meal the waiter offered us 2 sauvignon blanc since he wasn’t able to fix the “on tap” Gruner dispenser. We said fine not realizing the replacements were $19/glass. At least he should have told us the price difference. We feel taken advantage of and probably won’t return right away…
