I went in this morning after kind of a tough night last night and a tough morning. There was someone (tall, Black gentleman - I hope he reads this someone) working there this morning whose warm and friendly smile really helped. This is not a corporate or customer service thing; I just felt the human goodness.

They’re nice and all, but literally save yourself time and go to another Starbucks. Mobile ordering makes no sense considering it averages a full team here 20+ minutes to get a little cortado with only a few other people in line.
