Literally Dog poop on the floor and the employees were notified along with an old fashion letter and photo attached mailed to the CEO and health Dept. in which i have not heard back from and its been over two weeks now. no word back yet from brian niccol or the health dept. NO PETS SHOULD BE ALLOWED AROUND FOOD OR BEVERAGES!!! Period.

I have been to dozens of Starbucks - not just in the US but all over the world. The staff are generally lovely and polite - unfortunately that is not the case at this one. I came in late in the afternoon - the store was empty. Instead of just jeading directly into the restroom, I politely asked if I could use the restroom. The woman at the counter curtly said “You have to purchase something”. This Starbucks is in a nice neighborhood - I just came from work, so I was dressed nicely. I’ve never had someone be so unpleasant for zero reason.

I went in this morning after kind of a tough night last night and a tough morning. There was someone (tall, Black gentleman - I hope he reads this someone) working there this morning whose warm and friendly smile really helped. This is not a corporate or customer service thing; I just felt the human goodness.

I recently had the pleasure of trying the Camel Frappuccino at Starbucks, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The blend of flavors was truly exquisite, with the perfect balance of sweetness and richness. The baristas were also incredibly friendly and attentive, making my experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend trying this delightful drink and soaking in the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the wonderful staff at Starbucks.
