Decent place. I got the dragon drink, when it was ready, I could barely hear the barista say my name, I had no headphones on, so luckily I saw her put the drink on the counter or else I could've waited a long time🤠 Yhe place was clean, the baristas are good so yeh

Advertised as open until 9pm but doors were locked and staff cleaning up at 8:49 when we arrived. Wasted time driving here. Call ahead b4 coming to this outlet

I just have A very unpleasant experience with winter at this location. I have a few bucks left on a gift card and I could use them for gas so I came into the store with the expectation of leaving with gas money.. .she told me straight up that she was not gonna cash my gift card out.. she went on to state that she didn't care that California law states that anything under $10 can be cashed out.. she told me to get out of the store because she didn't care . I just can't believe somebody can be so closed minded. She refuse to hear what I had to say. She went on to say that I was lying because she has been here for 4 years and that's never happened.. its a shame that she hasn't been taught the proper way to deal with this . Something so simple but somebody dropped the ball and now you have Starbucks supervisors looking like fools . So frustrated with this . How can I get her to understand when she isn't open to complying with state law

Ordered 2 mango dragonfruit refreshers and they tasted like straight water. When I asked if I could get them remade the girl with glasses was very rude.

Average Starbucks, some seats inside and outside, but not the best for working. Staff was super friendly and mobile pickup is 3asioy accessible.

Seriously one of the most disappointing locations. They leave out food items EVERY time we order breakfast there before we operate our business and it just sets a bad tone to the first part of our day.

No seating and no restroom access. Super slow service even when they have a ton of baristas. I planned to hang out here for a minute but I guess they just want people in and out. I mean…
