I went in today (Christmas eve) around 11 and ordered some drinks. Super crowded. When I got one iced I told the batista kindly that i hadn't said iced and asked If I could get it remade hot. They were kind and quickly fixed it BUT! I apparently had said iced and forgot. I want to completely thank the workers for making me a new one so sweetly during such a busy time and when I was totally in the wrong. I'm giving this place 5 stars just for the workers today!
Twice in the last 3 weeks I've ordered to-go cardboard coffee carafes, both times I ordered one medium roast and one DECAF. BOTH TIMES, they forgot to MARK what type of coffee the containers were holding. The first time, I caught the oversight and asked them at the counter to mark them. The second time, a friend picked them up and they were unmarked!I'm really surprised that none of the shift leaders have seen fit to put a SIGN up to prompt the baristas to MARK the container,...

I have been coming here often for the last 5 months, there are lots of familiar staff faces (shout out Luisa, Jenny, Julian and many others from whom I can’t read their name tag!) working at full speed.
It seems they are always under stress because this is a busy store, particularly heavy on online ordering.
