The worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Waited 20 minutes for a mobile order, drink was wrong 3 times. It's a large store with no tables or chairs. How weird.

This place is a joke along with the employees there. it's close to my house but I rather go and travel to pick up coffee then to get my coffee here they don't know how to do drinks, the drinks taste disgusting all the daim time. It's crazy like the employees dont give a daim about the customers. You have one job, one job SMH. So sad.

DO NOT COME HERE SKETCHY LOCATION. Our car was broken into in broad daylight in the 15 minutes we were inside, we just had a couple of basic (non-laptop) backpacks in the back seat. Nothing blatantly "valuable". Security guard in the parking lot says he's not able/allowed to actually prevent thefts, that the thieves doing this are armed and target women, and that it happens all the time. He did get the plates of the thieves car but apparently those are stolen plates so if you do come here and get robbed you can pretty much kiss your stuff goodbye. Police do laps of the area so at least we did not have to wait long to get a police report. Thieves drive by again while we were talking to the officer.There is also no furniture inside and the bathrooms are barricaded off. The employees and coffee were good but seems like Starbucks should just close this location.

The people here talk to much to each other while working creating long lines and they are very confrontational with customers I will NEVER go to this location again.

By the airport seems to be a pretty bad area and we kind of run down but the security in the parking lot but I have no idea I'm not from that area. Definitely seen a lot of videos of people's cars getting broken into in that area though..... But it Starbucks.

They lie about the prices and gaslight and tell you your wrong. I was here today and saw a cup with straw for $3.00. They told me I was wrong even though I showed them the sign. They wouldn’t selll me the cup at the advertised price and then removed the sign while I was still there. Very unprofessional staff. I will never be returning to this location

Still all of the below! They ARE planning a remodel soon though, so it may or may not be temporarily closed soon! Can't wait to see it once done though ❣?Fast, friendly, convenient! What more can one ask for?!?❣❣?

Parking: New businesses have significantly reduced available parking, but spots are still found. DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING IN A VEHICLE UNLESS YOU *WANT* TO BE A THEFT VICTIM!! That area is now NOTORIOUS for break-ins!!

Wheelchair accessibility: Folks ROUTINELY IGNORE laws for disabled parking, & NO ONE ENFORCES LAWS IN THAT AREA!! So even though technically available, don't be surprised if it's NOT when YOU need it!!

Went in with my partners and had one of the best Starbucks experiences I'd ever had thanks to Julien! I wasn't sure what I wanted to get, so he gave tons of recommendations, was very informed about all the drinks they provided, and most of all was super fun to talk to!! Left buzzing happily and my hope in Starbucks reinstated. Thanks again!!
