Employees are very courteous. I stopped by to do a short zoom meeting while having breakfast. But noticed that background music is a bit loud and have to mute my mic most of the time so decided to stay in my car instead. Not perfect place for a business chat. Barista is great though, he got my Frappuccino perfect as usual.
Depending on the time frame you visit but the folks that are on staff around 4pm -5pm are awesome they get along and don't fight or argue in front of customers. Professional and finally a staff who's in charge person who works along side their team and not hiding in the back.
Little location close To the Oakland airport. The service was good and quickly finished my order. I’d go back to this location if needed. Everyone had a mask on, and social distance protocols were being followed.
