Coming from someome who works at Starbucks, this location was depressing and slow. The baristas do not greet you or look at your or smile. Slow service doesn't bug me if the baristas have a a good attitude but these baristas acted like they would rather get a colonoscopy than work here. Their backs were turned to us the majority of the time and not one of them acknowledged the growing line. The barista was not making drinks correctly and did not call the drink out; just set it on the counter and walked away. This location is in serious need of an attitude overhaul.

Girl at the register was extremely rude. My husband ordered "large" mochas and when our order was made wrong (a small and medium) or "Tall and grande" we questioned it. The girl proceeded to raise her voice and try to argue with us when we questioned our order being wrong. The gentleman remade the drinks for us, he was clearly frustrated with his coworkers behavior.

Extremely slow. Unpleasant, inefficient staff that took one half hour at 7:30am on a Saturday to get a $5.01 cold latte. Why are we such sheep? Paying for the privilege of being abused as a customer. This is it for me!

The price sign says 2.20 for cofee, i have 9 quaters left from my trip. 2.25. But then the price is not 2.20, is 2.45 (tax is not include in sign). No cofee for meget then.

Arrived at the airport at 6am and ordered Mocha and paid for a sausage / egg / cheese sandwich. Got my mocha, but with a egg/bacon sandwich. No cheese and they were out of sausage at 6:30am in the morning! Worse, half of the egg on my sandwich was cold! Please save your money and don't go here!
