Some really great people working here! I don’t know all the names, but overall such a great staff. Angie, Jeremiah, and Christian have provided me excellent service consistently. They have made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. Thank you all for creating a nice, clean, and welcoming environment!
I would advise not to leave anything visible in your car, nor should you exit your vehicle with anything that appears to be of value. I arrived numerous mornings when someone’s window had just been smashed, and I saw one young lady get rushed as the assailant ripped her bag out of her hands before quickly jumping into the getaway car. More cameras would be good for employees’ and customers' safety.

So I don’t like to write reviews cause I think is a waste of time for me, but this time I couldn’t let this one past by so I went to Starbucks this morning about 20 minutes ago and the lady that is cashiering this morning on 09/22/2024 she had a really ugly attitude she seem like she was barely waking up really bad attitude she didn’t even got my order right I asked for a caramel capuchino and a caramel frappe and I got two caramel frappe it was like 13 dollars plus tax and I told the other employees that I got a caramel capuchino and they change it for me and I got what is in this photo an almost empty cup of coffee I don’t know if it was because they mess up or because they had to remake it again idk but I don’t think this is worth for what I paid I love there frappes really good and tasty but this time it was a bad experience

The lone Starbucks left in this part of Oakland.... Competing with Peet's and many others. But she serves a purpose.
Be aware that there is no more seating here and no more bathroom because some people ruined it for the rest of us....
But they do have a tiny parking lot and an easily accessible pick up counter. When I went on a weekday they had a full staff and were churning out to go orders in quick fashion.

Inhospitable even for a Starbucks. No place to sit, no bathroom, even the one standing bar is strangely positioned in the center of the room.
I asked for a trenta iced black tea with oat milk and 6 pumps of brown sugar syrup. Got green tea with curdled oat milk, barely enough brown sugar, and lukewarm. No ice. A waste of my birthday drink reward. One barista in the store who cared more about giving some customer samples before making my drink.
