I was patient... but man, The worse Starbucks I have ever been to, they need to hire new people or just shut this location down since they have the one outside the parking lot area. These people can't get it together, super disorganized, had me wait around just to cancel/ void my transaction after they redeemed my points and wanted me to redo the transaction again when they took so many of my points already!!! And then tell me it will go back in a few days ?! I can't even use the points to get my cup today cause of this issue. I went there to use my points, it's not my issue your register took it and I have to wait a couple of days for it to go back on. If you have gotten it right the first time, it would have been good to go. So ridiculous!!!! Such an inconvenient, so inconsiderate.Also, this made the other customers wait, just cause they didn't know what was going on with their register. Gosh, this is the second time this place has given me issues. Hours are unpredictable.Will never come here again. Starbucks are usually friendly and chill, but this location makes me so frustrated. I just wanted my coffee and to redeem my rewards for a cup, but they got to make it so complicated.

I wish employees would actually call out names at a sound level that people could hear. Or sometimes at all. I was waiting for my mobile order feeling a bit anxious because my drink was taking far longer than the estimated in the mobile app (10 mins longer), and it was making me close to being late for work. I was listening for my name the whole time that I was there. They never called it. And they put it in the drink area where it was obscured. Please, just shout the names.

Snarky employee caught an attitude when I was wiping off a table for an elderly friend so we could sit down. I really didn't mind doing it, and all I needed was a bit of water for a wad of napkins I'd created to do the job. Never mind that there were 4 workers chattering away to each other and just us with our one hot cocoa order...surely someone could've done it but, honestly--I didn't mind...until: When I politely asked said employee for someone to please moisten the napkins so I could wipe the table, she had the nerve to respond irritatedly and told me to wait until she was finished what she was doing. Fair enough, but why the attitude? When I was done wiping the table, without thinking I brought the pad of napkins back to the front. The woman then had the nerve to raise her voice to shout across the cafe at us to tell me, "Next time put your garbage in the trash can!" My poor senior friend was so rattled. :( Unbelievable rudeness, unbelievably bad service -- and to think, I was doing THEIR JOB.

Takes order from all other employee friends, not over the counter for incoming guests. Stood in line for 5 mins just to see mall ppl go to the order dropoff location to order stuff and walks away, while guests stand there in line waiting. Poor coordination and operation skills.

This place should be open and they are closed. They have another Starbucks in the same parking lot and they are closed as well. Ridiculous. They should update their hours.

Horrible service!!! No stars. Ordered tall americano. Sat at table outside. Drink did not contain any espresso. Tried to take it back, but 51st & Broadway - Oakland, CA had just closed. Note, they closed one hour earlier than the posted hours. Knocked on locked door and refused to leave until guy came to the door. I told him that drink was missing espresso. He said: 1) we don't make those types of mistakes; how long ago did you purchase the drink (drink was still warm); said closed. I asked that someone remake the drink. He said they were closed. Would not remake drink, refund my money, or offer me a packaged item of comparable price. Horrible attitude, nasty drink. Go somewhere else for your caffeine fix.
