Would rather violate my human and civil rights and tell me I'm not allowed to rest near their shop underneath the shade of a tree on a public sidewalk. Claims customers were scared by my sight, a dying veteran who can hardly walk and requires assistance to walk. Appears they dislike my puppy and 16 year old dog who is scaring away their customers. What a horrible place but that's typical of the bay areas and Starbucks treatment of homeless people

The people who work there are cold and unfriendly. The coffee I ordered through the app (and what I order every day at at least a dozen Starbucks) was not right. I had to make 3 trips back to the counter. I won't go back (I am a Gold member of your program).

Tried lavender matcha… nice .. it’s like dessert. Potato chive bake is okay for a light snack they warm it and serve.

I think that guy has to improve a lot in customer service, it was good when there was a woman who was more professional before, who was more professional, but now this guy who looks Latin I don’t know his name but fhe speeds you up when you are doing your order, then when you get to the window you see that he is chatting with his coworkers and laughing at the same time that you can already see your order on the table, then he starts staring at you really hard, and this wasn't just once, it has happened several times.
