I forgot to ask for two shots in my latte, and then I inquired if I could pay and have my extra shot added to my existing latte. The guy tried to charge me full price. I left my coffee at this coffee shop. I was very angry, and I would like a refund.

5 stars for the pup cup. For the time being, that’s all I get here, because it’s free and I am boycotting Starbucks while their baristas are striking. I should add that the staff here has always been kind to me—possibly in part because I am kind to them.
I hope their strike succeeds, and that Brian Nicchols finds it in his heart to empathize with workers, even if it’s because customers like me force his hand. 😈

Don’t usually write reviews but i feel the need to this time around.I been to this starbucks about 5 times and not one time have they made my drink good it always tastes like water is disgusting 🤮 today i decided to give them another try and my drink again tasted so nasty i was only able to take 2 sips and i had to toss the rest away!literally a waste of my money!!!!!every single time i come here is truly disappointing. I literally threw up shortly after because it made my stomach hurt. Please do better!!

Big Shout out to these three fabulous folks who work here...with a big smiles..and the credit goes to Jarrel, Jordan and my heart felt thanks to Dynasty who was able to spot a mistake and correct it immediately and instead if throwing away she allowed me to have have that coffee...and ultimately went to a homeless person today....and I feel she did her charity work thro me today....love you guys awesome job...Great service...will be back soon.

Since Starbucks is losing a significant amount of money snd their stock is dropping, I’ve made it a mission to make this review only because I am so highly disappointed in the service of this new location. I never shop here but since the original location closed, I had to result to the telegraph location. First and foremost, the baristas need to be retrained. As someone who has drank Starbucks for over 15 years, I know how my drinks should taste. I even avoid going via drive through because of the disgusting iced drinks I get after waiting in a long line. Today, I decided to go inside to ensure my iced drinks are not milky and warm. And of course they were. When I asked the barista to remake it, she was racist and rude. She was a young Hispanic woman with a terrible attitude who had another barista make it then the second drink had a slit on the cup and the milk was pouring all over and they all laughed carelessly. They then started making other drinks that were ordered after me and when I asked, I was rudely told by another Hispanic barista that they are busy and getting to it. I’m just so upset at the drinks because this is NOT STARBUCKS quality. They are careless and the portions they give you is way off the original Starbucks recipes. I think this location needs a HUGE retraining on customer service and mainly PREPARING DRINKS as that is their only job. Very unprofessional and honestly, I can only avoid this location moving forward. It doesn’t seem like things will get better anytime soon.

It was ok, the wait in the drive thru was a bit of a wait, I feel like if I went into a store, it would've went by faster. A few food items on the menu were out, so I wasn't able to get what I wanted. The drinks came out okay, and not how I usually get them. I got a strawberry acai refresher with lemonade, but it didn't taste lemony if that makes sense (I usually get this at other locations and it tastes great). Also, i don't know if they opened the in store portion back yet. They closed for in person dining due to safety issues and only the drive thru is open.

really like this Starbucks location, especially the drive-through it’s always quick and convenient. But I have to mention that the paper cup with the paper lid is not good at all. You can’t drink the coffee from it for more than a minute before it starts getting soggy and dripping everywhere. It makes it really hard to enjoy the coffee and feels unsafe, especially when it’s hot. I really hope they improve this because everything else about the experience is great.
