Store is listed as opening at 4:30am but their doors always locked. I ordered online and had to wait in the drive thru line. I have been sitting for 10 minutes now and the line has not moved. Super slow!!!
Why order online if I have to wait in a long line anyways?

Got the ham n swiss sandwiches (bit hard at the ends) I asked for the baguette one and didn't get it, maybe ham & swiss sandwhich and ham & swiss on baguette r the same? The dragon fruit and dragon ft with lemonade drinks were awesome. The dude cashier was friendly n helpful, I saw the rest being busy and chatting doing their jobs so idk what the reviews talking about. I used the restroom ( clean btw) and ummm the door handle broke off or jst wasn't properly screwed in ðŸ¤

I have been through the drive-thru twice and it's extremely slow. Today there were 3 cars in front of me in line and I didn't get my order for 30 minutes! I know the store is new, but either they are understaffed or they need more training.
The owner should contact the City of Oakland to do something about the dead plants on the island near the entrance. It gives a bad appearance near the entryway.

Have gone there three times trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but ALL 3 TIMES they have made my drink HORRIBLE! All three times it has tasted like just blended milk with ice no flavor what so ever. They also forgot to put standards ingredients on them like whip cream how is that possible. They are also really slow. I rather go further to San Leandro where I know they’ll make my drink good like always. What a shame.

The inconsistency of this store kills me. Staff is nice for the most part. The inside is nice but the parking lot is way too small, so, if you’re parked, and the drive thru line is packed, well then, yeah… it’s gonna be a pain getting out of.
I’ve had times where the drive thru was fairly fast, but times where it took forever though it seems there were 4-5 cars ahead.

Watered down, I got an Iced Matcha Latte with Banana cold foam and it’s not sweet at all, it taste like water. Do not come here!

I’ve visited this Starbucks a few times, and the staff has been consistently rude and unhelpful. I usually enjoy Starbucks, but this location really needs to improve its costumer service.
The store is not clean and the bathroom are dirty. The barista are slow and getting the drinks wrong. Drive thur takes forever and you can't even sit down. Also they are rude being on their phones. Never coming back!!!!!!

I thought that each new branch was supervised by a manager and trained their workers; the horrible drinks... the super simple coffee the matcha seems that they make it with water.... I prefer to continue going to San Leandro, their Baptists should supervise the preparation method since the flavor should not be different in different branches

Happy to see a new locations in the neighborhood. The drive-thru line was long, which caused a wait but that goes with the demand. The gal that handed us our order was super friendly, and our drinks were exactly what we expected then to be.
