Worst workers ever you can make a pick up and it’ll sit for 30 minutes while four of them are sitting and talking and nothing is going on but as soon as you ask them for it immensely appears in a minute, Pick up times is the worst and words what’s the point of making a pick up if you have to wait for it?? Consistently Drink taste different not worth it just go to another store

honestly a horrible experience at this location being my first time picking up in store. i was waiting for about 20 minutes to not even get my order. all the workers seemed to care more about their in store orders which is understandable but when ordering online i feel like they could help prioritize the mobile orders. and they were very unsanitary the whole time i was there i witnessed all the workers touching their faces and running their hands through their hair i will not be coming back to this location.

This has to be the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The employee taking orders at the drive-through was incredibly rude and rushed me while I was ordering, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional.
We waited over 30 minutes in the drive-through for two coffees, completely unacceptable. When we finally got our drinks, they were watered down and didn’t taste like Starbucks quality at all.
Extremely disappointed. Definitely not the standard I expect from this brand.

Do not get in the drive thru unless you want to be trapped with no way out for 20 min. Thought it was a one-off but it happened again. The guy also barely took my order in time for my car to come through, I was afraid I would have to order at the window. They have to be grossly understaffed because I've never experienced this at another Starbucks. Avoid this location, it really is that bad

Dom around was very respectful and offered me the bathroom while in a rush versus the supervisor treated me like I was homeless. Most people were helpful but manager overreacting to our conversation of our purchase seemed rude and overstating.

Store is listed as opening at 4:30am but their doors always locked. I ordered online and had to wait in the drive thru line. I have been sitting for 10 minutes now and the line has not moved. Super slow!!!
Why order online if I have to wait in a long line anyways?

Got the ham n swiss sandwiches (bit hard at the ends) I asked for the baguette one and didn't get it, maybe ham & swiss sandwhich and ham & swiss on baguette r the same? The dragon fruit and dragon ft with lemonade drinks were awesome. The dude cashier was friendly n helpful, I saw the rest being busy and chatting doing their jobs so idk what the reviews talking about. I used the restroom ( clean btw) and ummm the door handle broke off or jst wasn't properly screwed in 🤠
