Cashier was nice. I ordered a grande light ice drink and it was given to me with less drink and plenty of ice. Why if I am still paying the full price is my drink missing milk. Light ice mean just a few ice blocks, yet as u can see from the picture I don't have the ounce of liquid to equate a grande drink even with all the ice they added. I should taken a picture of the bathrooms they were gross. Starbucks use to have a policy where they cleaned and restock the bathroom, that's clearly not happening anymore. Best way to combat this recurring issue is stop being a customer.Parking: Not the safest neighborhood lock vehicle and never leave anything of value in car that can be seen from outside. In order words don't temp the thieves.

Workers are super friendly and kind! Just knocked 2 stars because every single outlet is blocked off. Very disappointed and upset. I needed to do some work and my laptop dies and needs to be plugged in. Won’t be returning:(

I would like to give one star but it is not the staffs fault that this location is such a hell hole. I truly feel the baristas are doing the best they possibly can under the circumstances (MEAN customers and lots of computer problems with their systems). I always witness some ridiculous customer interaction when I'm there.

I normally don't write any reviews on anything, but I went to this Starbucks this morning and the cashier was very unapproachable and it made me feel very uncomfortable. I don't know her name but she has red hair. I asked her if she was having a bad day, and she said yes. I understand people have things going on in their lives, but at the end of the day you are at work. It was the worst service I ever experienced at a Starbucks. If she made me feel uncomfortable imagine how many people came in before and after me and received that same experience.

I have to give a huge THANK YOU to all of the workers who had my back today when I was aggressively verbally attacked. A huge man didn't like something I said, and he went off. Like in my face and was threatening me. He was kicked out, but as I was waiting for my drink I noticed he was pacing right in front of the door. I obviously was unnerved and worried he would attack me again, so I asked and employee, Tobi, I apologize if I spelt it incorrectly, to walk me outside. She walked me around the corner to my car. I so appreciate her and everyone working today. Thank you for making me feel safe.I apologize if I used the wrong pronouns

I had gotten notice that today Starbucks was offering 50% off for cold drinks, so I ordered ahead since I was already going to be stopping by the Sprouts next door. Although the wait time to get the drink was a few minutes more than what the app predicted, I thought it was still a pretty good turnaround given the huge demand the store was getting due to the 50% off discount, so major props to the baristas for handling the high volume while still maintaining friendly service. I ordered a mango dragonfruit refresher trenta size with light ice, which comes with 2 scoops of the mango dragonfruit "inclusion" by default.I have trouble picking out the mango and dragonfruit flavors from the drink, it just tasted sweet and fruity overall (I honestly didn't realize there was caffeine in it but I'm not the most discerning). However, the drink quantity was huge and trenta size definitely gives you the most value for your money since it only costs a little more than the venti. I think it was pretty good if you enjoy a fruity, sweet iced beverage.

This is conveniently located next to Sprouts, one my favorite grocery stores. It is a great pre- or post-grocery shopping stop to treat oneself for investing in groceries rather than eating out (okay...except for Chipotle that might be so very tempting after a worthwhile grocery haul).I used to do some productive work here pre-COVID, and they have since restored seating. However, I am overall just less inclined to rely on any cafes as a working space now so probably doesn't have to do with the decrease in frequency of visits to this particular location.FYI - they do (or at least, did when I last bought it) carry the dogs of SF coin purses which are the compact, colorful version of the tumbler. I personally bought (with stars) my replacement coin purse here - they don't always have it stocked outside so it might be worth an ask if you are curious!
