I use this Starbucks at least twice per week. Excellent location if you are southbound on 880. Staff are a friendly bunch, it appears that there are regulars that hang out both inside and outside. The outside has great benches that overlook the estuary.

Starbucks is my LAST RESORT for coffee places to be honest. It always tastes burnt. They charge extra for EVERY DAM THING. If you add a shot, it costs extra AND they waste the 2nd shot on the machine. If you are a coffee lover - go ANYPLACE else. My favorite is Coffee Bean and Tea ?

Fast mobile order. This Starbucks is open later than a lot of the ones in Oakland. We went here because the one on Telegraph that was supposed to be open until 8pm was closed at 6pm. The baristas were really nice, and the drinks were well made. Good stock of whole bean coffee available. It's a little difficult to get back on to 880S.Parking: Parking lot is small.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking space right in front of Starbucks.
This is probably the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. Long waits. Staff that doesn't even acknowledge you then serves you a cup of grounds. Awful.

This is one of the worst Starbucks I have been to and I have been to almost them all. The staff is untrained,rude and to be blunt stupid. The most unorganized group of circus chimps I have ever dealt with ,,Starbucks has great menu and great drinks and great service AT OTHER LOCATIONS! just don't go to this one if I could give it zero stars I would. So please just ignore the one star because it won't allow me to rate it what it should be..... 0!

worst starbucks i've ever been to! this unfortunately is the closest starbucks to my work and after 3 horrible experiences with very rude staff I just make my own coffee at work. the girl with long braids is the worst of them all, she made my drink wrong and when I very politely told her it was wrong she very loudly and dramatically dumped the drink down the drain and didn't say a word to me, making a scene and completely making me feel horrible, as if it was my fault. I'll honestly never go back here again. toooooo many bad experiences.

Terrible service came in ordered two drinks both largest and got one small and one large I told the guy making it im on a time crunch and I wanted a large not a small he told me I would have to pay the difference i didn't have time to wait around came outside to my car and a customer came out and walked up to me to let me know the guy was talking shit about me this place is very unprofessional and I reported this to cooperate they need to train there employees better I will be following up with my report
