I have visited this establishment a couple of times for coffee and a donut and each time I have enjoyed the offerings. I was lucky to grab a seat by the window as inside seating is rather sparse. There is outdoor seating but as this site is in front of the local bus stop and near the MacArthur BART station there is some foot traffic and noise. Several neighborhood patrons, or perhaps commuters, stopped by and chatted with the cashiers. No one appeared to be bothered that I stayed a while to sketch the church across the street.

It was very small but cute and well designed. Overall my latte was very good but a bit too hot. Nice environment to sip coffee not to work though, not enough seating.

Coffee was good but staff used half and half instead of milk when milk was clearly requested- obviously not misunderstood they just didn't care about the difference.
