The subway in Oakley is terrible vegetables look like they have sitting out for a week the people there can barely speak English they screwed my orders so many times I will never go back to subway stay away from subway in Oakley they suck

Absolutely deplorable for a subway Staff is an embarrassment to the franchise. They refuse orders during working hours. Add WATER to there marinara to make it inedible and are completely unprofessional. 0/10. They are the reason subways are closing down everywhere.

The cashier was very rude she was on her phone the whole time missing order notes even given the wrong order to the dashers she opened up a sandwich that was for an order she mixed up with the Dasher and took off ingredients with her bare hands she was setting the bread on the table instead of placing it on the paper like everyone else at subway
The Cashier is very rude she's on her phone it's a white little earpiece she has in her ear and she is talking so loud like she's out of the nightclub I asked her for two of the chocolate chip cookies she didn't wash her hands she went to the back grabbed them almost dropped them off the counter put them inside the warmer gave them to me and almost dropped them off the counter when she got up to the register. I asked her where is the gentleman that runs the store at she said this is her store she owns this store I will never go back to that store again this was a family ran restaurant and the gentleman that ran the restaurant was very professional whoever the cashier was Sunday night 7:45 March 24th she needs to be fired because she does not have the best interest of that establishment especially if she's not the owner and is just the cashier she definitely needs to be fired.

My partner and I went her for dinner the other night while they are doing the sidekick promotion offering a footlong churro, pretzel, and cookie. Our subs were good and the footlong sidekicks were rather mixed. The churro was just decent, nothing to write home about, the pretzel was more like a bagel than a pretzel in reality although the honey mustard was good. But the cookie, the cookie was amazing, Delectable even. The meltiness of the chocolate chips in the cookie, the sheer quantity of cookie I was presented with, everything you could imagine and more. We were able to get 2 nights out of the cookie which obviously wasn't as good as the first night but overall still very solid.
