The cashier was very rude she was on her phone the whole time missing order notes even given the wrong order to the dashers she opened up a sandwich that was for an order she mixed up with the Dasher and took off ingredients with her bare hands she was setting the bread on the table instead of placing it on the paper like everyone else at subway

The Cashier is very rude she's on her phone it's a white little earpiece she has in her ear and she is talking so loud like she's out of the nightclub I asked her for two of the chocolate chip cookies she didn't wash her hands she went to the back grabbed them almost dropped them off the counter put them inside the warmer gave them to me and almost dropped them off the counter when she got up to the register. I asked her where is the gentleman that runs the store at she said this is her store she owns this store I will never go back to that store again this was a family ran restaurant and the gentleman that ran the restaurant was very professional whoever the cashier was Sunday night 7:45 March 24th she needs to be fired because she does not have the best interest of that establishment especially if she's not the owner and is just the cashier she definitely needs to be fired.

My partner and I went her for dinner the other night while they are doing the sidekick promotion offering a footlong churro, pretzel, and cookie. Our subs were good and the footlong sidekicks were rather mixed. The churro was just decent, nothing to write home about, the pretzel was more like a bagel than a pretzel in reality although the honey mustard was good. But the cookie, the cookie was amazing, Delectable even. The meltiness of the chocolate chips in the cookie, the sheer quantity of cookie I was presented with, everything you could imagine and more. We were able to get 2 nights out of the cookie which obviously wasn't as good as the first night but overall still very solid.
Fast, convenient, accurate. Store is small and crowded when busy.

Surprised this place isn't busier. I understand Subway has been blemished by spokesperson scandal but they are hands down less guilt plagued of a fastfood franchise. With inflation prices are up. I had a $15 gift card and thank goodness cause my Philly Cheese Steak foot long came to $16 without chips soda or a cookie. But it was in fact delicious. And the young lady that waited on me was friendly and had my order finished in minutes. I'll be back again.

If you're ever in the area of Alcatraz and Shattuck and it's lunch time or dinner time please make sure to stop ? in and grab you something delicious ? this location has a very humble respectful staff fresh vegetables ? great protein ??? and they definitely have parking ?️ get your sandwich ? toasted or have it cold I'm painting ? ?️ a couple of blocks away from this location and this is all I have been buying for lunch 3weeks str8 but don't take my word visit this location for and it is definitely wheelchair accessible.

Got to the store 10 mins later than time then my footlong should be ready, it was preparing during next 5 mins at least, so already 15 mins delay. It was No look chicken by Patrick Mahomes, from online only menu - terrible as hell. Literally only bread, sauce, spinach and black olives. Maybe 4 very small and thin pieces of chicken. Compare to picture online it was like day and night. Absolutely tasteless, only chicken had some taste. But because it was just micro amount of it in general just tasteless. No salt no pepper no parmesan weren't added. I started to feel hungry again finishing my order. Hopefully it had half of announced calories. Definitely worse Subway order ever based on my experience.
