We Go there all the time, the owner is so cheap, tried to tell me I can only get 3 toppings or some old BS... anyway I went there recently they were closed even though the sign said they were open. Anyway my son went there last night 08/09/2925 around 8pm ish...my sandwich was soaked with mustard and even though I had to make my own sandwich with my own bread, the ingredients made me sick...I think they leave things out to long because it was extremely Hot, my son was coming over & wanted to surprise me because we love those sandwiches... Sometimes we have to go to the one on San Pablo, because the owner on Mac Arthur doesn't honor certain items especially if you have a coupon...long story short the turkey sandwich made me sick!

Worker didn't speak English and couldn't answer basic questions about the menu, but she was polite. They didn't have any olives. They didn't have any of the Happy Gilmore cups they were advertising in their window. No bathroom for paying customers.

Food was generally well prepared, but they missed a lot of toppings on one sandwich. The rest of the order was fine and they accepted coupons on the ordering websit.

Ordered online when I arrived at store it wasn’t ready. After I told that I had online order then they started working on it.
I had ordered Tuna so she put new gloves on to prepare my order but in the middle of preparing my order she started working on another order that was bacon and I can’t have bacon and then started touching the veggies with same gloves.
What is the point of putting new gloves for each order when you work multiple orders.

My order was completely messed up. I got a bowl that was supposed to have avocado. There was no avocado. My daughter got an Italian sub, and when we opened it, it ended up being a meatball sandwich. Nothing that we ordered was right.
