I ordered a Steak, Egg, & Cheese Wrap. I paid for it, went and sat down and began to devour it. I got about a third of the way in and wondered why there was so much egg. Not that I minded because I do like eggs, but there was just a lot of eggs. So I opened the wrap up and noticed there was no steak at all!I pointed it out to the nice guy behind the counter and he apologized profusely, added the steak, and offered some free cookies as an apology!No huff, no guff, just a sincere...

I had ordered Tuna so she put new gloves on to prepare my order but in the middle of preparing my order she started working on another order that was bacon and I can’t have bacon and then started touching the veggies with same gloves.
What is the point of putting new gloves for each order when you work multiple orders.
