Walked in to retrieve my order and the employee name Patricia said she gave it to a man. Both employees Patricia and Rosalina refused to help me . They also refuse to remake the order, even though I told them that it wasn't me and it was a mistake in their part. Additionally, I showed Patricia proof on my phone ( her name was Patricia so they say ) she shrugged, rolled her eyes and proceeded to help the next person who walked in. Afterwards I attempted to call the store but I couldn't because the number that is provided on the stores website is disconnected. The employees refuse to service me. They even at some point refuse to speak with me. They would not give me a manager's name nor a number to reach anyone to get the issue resolved. I have video proof that I will be sending with my complaint. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

It caged up like the door is cracked and none speak English. Do your self a favor don't order anything from here and if you can don't come to the location cuz you get beggers bothering you and if they feel like they can bully you they will try and some jump onto cars worst place ever

At no fault of there's the coupons in the app should be able to get used at the store and not just mobile. I like subway service was ok. It's a little disheartening that they have to be barricaded by a thick glass. Was worried about freshness... but it's fresh. The ladies were sweet.

Today October 3/23 I bought 4 broccoli soups ? and this dark pasta came out stuck to the broccoli ?? I called several times to prevent them from selling it to other people but the phone is out of service!!

I have been a SUBWAY customer for many years. I shop at least once a week. I received an email about the promotion to win a sandwich. it was my lunch break. I went to this store and was served by 2 Spanish ladies. I mentioned the promotion and ordered a turkey sandwich. I was poorly attended and they gave me the sandwich without sauce and without being able to choose what I liked or not. if the company is committed, it is available to give gifts to its customers. tell the staff to treat people well and ask what the person wants. I do not like onion. I don't like items that have been placed. my friends from other stores who went, asked and put what they wanted, said that the employees politely treated them like normal people without distinction because it was a company promotion. Was the staff upset that I asked for a free sandwich? the company ran a mega campaign to publicize a product and 2 unprepared people destroyed the company's marketing action with terrible service. I wanted the sandwich hot and with the sauces I like but it couldn't be that way according to the attendants. train your staff better so this kind of thing doesn't happen to other people anymore.

Both the ladies there were really sweet professional and they made sure we got exactly what we ordered I really do appreciate them they were I believe they were older Latina ladies and I'm telling you I haven't been to a restaurant / fast food area whatever it might be that they actually asked me was I satisfied with my order more than once so thank you to them thank you to the owners keep up the good work I love you
