When I order my food I was going to eat it inside but the lady force me to get out and she said it is only to go i said u didn’t tell me before u make my food but she was just only to go only to go so I had to come outside and eat it in my 11/20/2024::5:50pm Oakland CA .

The employees at this Subway got upset because I had coupons to use, and not only that but they gave us terrible customer service, they put little condiments so we have to pay extra, the soda machine doesn't work and they still sell you the drink and then tell you that you have to pay more for the bottled drink when it's not my fault that their soda machine doesn't work and they still sold me the cup for the drink, my husband was very upset because we are still paying for the food and we are customers just like everyone else.

I walked in after work and it seemed as if I disturbed this lady and her man’s convo, she didn’t even want to make my sandwich just threw everything on the bread and gave me attitude when I asked for the other employee to remake my sandwich because this one was a complete MESS! She then started to say nasty things about me to the male in Spanish… I understood every word. Never will ever spend another dime here! And the audacity of them wanting a damn tip! Please!!

Went to order yesterday and felt unwelcome. On my order just asked one of the topping ask extra and it didn't go as expected. Rest of the toppings was also very measured ( I didn't bother though)

Please please please avoid this whole plaza, you will get robbed. I wish we knew this before we went. Apparently it’s super common in this plaza. My family and I got robbed while we were sitting in the car, just thankful we didn’t get hurt.
