Waited on a delay fly when just need a quick lunch food, this shop was nice, clean, service person-Hari awesome friendly above professional who make me feel great to shop here. I asked my two foot long sandwiches each to be cut In half, also packed in two bags & she done it nice perfectly. great experiences orders sandwiches from her, yes i 100% recommended this shops.

I walked in after work and it seemed as if I disturbed this lady and her man’s convo, she didn’t even want to make my sandwich just threw everything on the bread and gave me attitude when I asked for the other employee to remake my sandwich because this one was a complete MESS! She then started to say nasty things about me to the male in Spanish… I understood every word. Never will ever spend another dime here! And the audacity of them wanting a damn tip! Please!!

I walked in after work and it seemed as if I disturbed this lady and her man's convo, she didn't even want to make my sandwich just threw everything on the bread and gave me attitude when I asked for the other employee to remake my sandwich because this one was a complete MESS! She then started to say nasty things about me to the male in Spanish... I understood every word. Never will ever spend another dime here! And the audacity of them wanting a damn tip! Please!!

Just had lunch here (there is no phone line that works so I can't call to let them know this) but after drinking 1/4 of our drinks we realized the insides of our cups were crawling with 15-30 live ants. I know the cup was clean so either they came out of the fountain w the soda or they were somehow in the insides of our lids?! But I think I would have noticed while putting the lids on. Disgusting. Already felt gross walking in there. Should have followed my gut

Ok I NEVER leave these types of reviews because I always like to give people the benefit of the doubt but How do you mess up a sandwich that a customer is LITERALLY STANDING IN FRONT OF YOU TELLING YOU WHAT THEY WANT!?? There were 2 hispanic women there one of them made 2 sandwiches for me.. one 6 inch and one foot long. I don't understand how you can mess up this much.. she must not understand English very well or something because 1. I asked for bread to be scooped out, she just ignored me and added meat to my sub.. ok I let it go no big deal, 2. I asked for the foot long to be toasted and the 6-inch NOT toasted... well she put them both in the toaster and I had to ask her "hey did you put the 6 Inch to toast? I did not want that one toasted" she just said oh and pulled it out but it was already all warm and didn't even offer to re-make it and I didn't want to be that person so I figured I guess I'll just take it that way.. 3. I asked for mustard AND honey mustard, I saw her put honey muster so I asked her "did you put regular mustard as well?" She said yeah and moved on. 4. I wanted to pay for the foot long separate from the 6-inch. I asked her to add a meal to the foot long and the 6inch just the sub.. well she charged me chips with the 6 inch and a drink with the foot long! WTF?! Management must really just hire anyone here, hire someone who can follow basic instructions please. PS the 6-inch sub was for me and it was gross and warm and mushy.

Went to order yesterday and felt unwelcome. On my order just asked one of the topping ask extra and it didn't go as expected. Rest of the toppings was also very measured ( I didn't bother though)

Please please please avoid this whole plaza, you will get robbed. I wish we knew this before we went. Apparently it’s super common in this plaza. My family and I got robbed while we were sitting in the car, just thankful we didn’t get hurt.

Stopped here after flying into Oakland and picking up our rental heading for Napa. It was a couple hours away and we wanted to grab something lite so we shared a tuna. It was done very well just the custom way my wife likes it. The restaurant is very clean and the service was great. We were out of there quickly and enjoyed our sandwich.

Aside from them forgetting to throw my drink and chips in the bag, which I could probably forgive... No condiments on all of our sandwiches, 3 foot longs dry as the dessert. No drink to wash it down. I had to find mayo and mustard packets in our conference room. Do not recommend ordering on the app. Don't go here in general, cars get broken into in this plaza left and right. Can't even call them to say "do better" phone's disconnected so you know they must get that alot

If I could rate 0, I would. Went to get a subway real quick since it's around the corner. I showed up, and it's lonely. There's two ladies in the front. One had 'the BOSS' shirt. I'm standing in front of them, they are looking at me STILL talking about personal things not even stopping the conversation for a little at least some privacy to them. Now 'the BOSS' takes my order, I'm telling her what I want, she stops me to keep talking to the other girl working there with her. I try to be nice, still be understanding, it's time to pay, I tip her (when I shouldn't) she doesn't even say here thank you. NOTHING. Gives me her back and goes back to talking to the other lady like if nobody was there. Don't ever go here nor worth it!
