Sandwich was ready when I showed up. Tasted as expected. Staff was friendly. Easy parking nearby.

I was expecting to get a Monster sub as the name would imply. Instead, I got the thinnest, saddest looking sub I've ever had from any Subway. This is borderline disrespectful. The lack of care that the person put into this sandwich, the disregard for ensuring that they followed order notes, they should be fired on the spot. None of the add ons are there except for a few olives and jalapeno slices. There's like ONE slice of cheese when the order clearly says 2x cheese. Whoever works here clearly has no respect for customers or for their job. Get rid of them. And if you're the owner and you made this, then you have to be as miserable as this sandwich to think that serving something like this is acceptable.

Ordered 3 footlongs yesterday and my friends and I were hungry. My friend noticed her food had something inside and when we opened it up it seems like a hair tie. We got disgusted and threw all our food away. Waste of

The owner of this place is not professional, I worked there before he is trying to use the employees and let them do everything just for 16:50$ and he can’t give a full time schedule because he’s so cheap. He wants you to work when it’s busy and it slow down he will be like you can go it’s slow seriously he’s awful even he’s wife they want people to work on their way, and on schedule he put you at 8:00am and the list of opening hours of the store is also at 8:00am how can this work who can clock in at 8:00am and open the door at 8:00 am there are a lot of stuff to do back there so you can open the door , just look how cheap are they? They want to make easy money . One more thing which is the coupons all subway stores accept all the coupons but him no not all coupons work I mean you can’t use the one that it says buy one and get one free and you can use the other coupon but not all sandwiches you can get only turkey or ham or meatball or tuna all the other série sandwiches you can’t get them terrible . And it’s risk to work there one day there is someone who robbed the store and he was with the gun and only to employees there no health insurance no benefits nothing it’s waist of time and energy thanks god a stop working there now I’m very happy with my job I have all the benefits

They close earlier than they say they do.

I was hungry and my blood sugar dipped, which meant I had to get something quick to eat. Since my husband and I were near his home, my brother and I stopped in for a sandwich. I haven't been to Subway for almost 10 years.I usually get a deli sub elsewhere. I ordered the #23 Hotshot Italiano on a 6" whole wheat roll. Quite tasty and filling. Service was friendly and quick.Return visit? When I'm in the neighborhood; otherwise, it's a visit to my local Subway in Alameda.

Staff was polite and service impressively swift. It would be nice, though, IF THEY EVER HAD ANY GD MEATBALLS!

This location DOES NOT honor coupons. They make their own rules, on top of the ones on the coupon in fine print. We were enticed by the franchise coupns that were mailed, only to be disappointed.Went to a different subway, and they honored the coupon. But what a waste of time. There’s no reason to ever come to this subway.Subway is subway, and the food probably taste the same as any other subway. so I don’t feel bad giving this entire restaurant a 1 star for service and making up their own rules that differ from the franchise and local paper.

The staff are usually in the front, ready to go, and are efficient with their sandwich making. I would recommend this location. 8/10

Very bad experience, I came in for a Sub and they said they were closed. I asked at what time they closed and they said at 8:00 pm, it was 7:15 pm and couldn't order my Sub.

They don’t have sourdough bread anymore so I cannot eat here ever again. :(

Literally everytime I go in there, the young latinas have attitudes. I went in like 2 months ago and was waiting for 7 minutes to have my order taken and eventually I just walked out. Went back today and theres no other customers, but she starts moving the bread cart around and putting bread away. She dosent even acknowledge im there for 5 minutes. Then after she made sure she did everything she "needed" to do, she says something. I ask for a salad and she looks under the counter and says "We're not doing salads right now". I say ok give me a veggie footlong. Certain people don't deserve to work fast-food in the Bay. Getting paid almost $20 an hour to be rude to people, crazy. Won't be back though.
