Friendliest and freshest Subway sandwich I have had. I hadn't been to this location before and the address leads you to a sidewalk that faces the road and it appears there's no parking but continue toward safeway and there's parking in the back!

Went to place an order while making sure the establishment was open and they cancelled it. Went to double check if they’re open and they are, so decided to call and ask if they’re out of something specifically before I drive over and order in person, but the phone only rang a few times before someone on the other end deliberately hung up on me. Being short or understaffed is one thing, but if they took the five seconds to answer the phone and hang up without saying anything, they could have just told me they’re out of whatever they’re out of so that’s pretty pathetic and lazy in my opinion.

I’ll never eat here again. I paid almost $13 for a meatless Veggie Delite sub because I got cheese on both sides, which costs one $1.50 extra apparently. This sandwich always used to come with cheese on both sides since it’s meatless. Now, they raised the prices and reduce the quality and portion of the offering. Despicable price gaugers. I don’t know how a meatless sandwich can cost more that one with meat. Clearly, this establishment is not considerate of non-meat eaters, and has no qualms about ripping people off. I can think of a fast-food Mexican chain where you can get a huge filling burrito with as much cheese as you want and much healthier ingredients for less. Why on earth would not go there? Do better, Subway. Your sandwiches are definitely not worth that much.

I placed an online order approximately 30-35 minutes in advance. I get here wait a few minutes and then I’m notified via the app that my order is ready. I show them my order on my phone nd give my name and he says hold on we haven’t started it. I’m already irritated because what is the point in ordering in advance and WHY WOULD YOU MARK THE ORDER AS COMPLETE AND READY TO PICK UP. So he goes to make it then comes back and says that they don’t have the bread available to make either of my two sandwiches. So now I’ve completed wasted my time and I have to wait 5-7 business days for the money to be refunded. The customer services was piss poor and I don’t foresee myself ever coming back. Don’t come hear unless you want your time wasted and to hear that everything you’ve ordered is out of stock.

They cancelled my order because they refused to honor the bogo foot long deal they chose to participate in and we're rude when I got there and ask d about my order not knowing it was cancelled untill I walked in to give my order # and they never said sorry just that they dokt participate but it clearly showed they do on the app not every subway nearby does they pick to opt in and now lie saying they don't.

Just the basic subway. That was several years ago. I was gifted subway gift cards. We were there 1/25 and 1/28. Service was terrible. All sandwiches were incorrect. Over charged. Repeated repeated the order and argue with the counter service.
