The service was awful here and the sushi tasted funny, tempura shrimp was raw. Only had a couple bites then threw everything away.

Good prices for subpar sushi. Although I'm glad I got a good deal my overall craving for sushi has not been met.

Love their sushi boxes! My go to when I'm craving sushi but do not want to go to a dine in restaurant. The box itself is cute with the utensils and prepackaged wasabi and soy sauce. Sushi is always good. My favorite is the Go Go Box! My favorite rolls may be the shrimp tempura roll and the dragon roll! I always order online and pick up and it has always been quick and easy!

I love Sushi Go, for an inexpensive sushi fix. They always give extra utensils/condiments. I'm always only ordering for 1 person.

Incredibly disappointing. Ordered curbside and chose this place because it had the curbside option and I had my daughter with me. When we got there he said “you can come inside” which was very rude. We had decent hopes for this place because of the well priced combo boxes and 4 star reviews. Instead we got sushi with rice that had zero flavor, was hard, and tasted old. Even the cucumbers inside of the rolls tasted old. The salmon looked dry and the ginger was prepackaged ginger. The entire meal can be compared to gas station sushi that was thrown in a microwave for 10 seconds.

I believe Sushi Go Go used to be inside a gas station in Oakland, but now they are in San Leandro in the Menlo Plaza. They also have a location in Union City, but I am not sure if it is the same owner. Both the Honey Box and the Orange Box caught my attention - I opted for the Honey Box, since the Orange Box had too much food, maybe I will try that one next time. I made a to go order as I was leaving the gym and the estimate time was about 10 - 15 minutes, so I took my time and my food was ready to go when I arrived within 10 minutes. I ordered the Honey Box, which comes with 4 pieces of nigiri (2 pieces of salmon and 2 pieces of shrimp), 4 pieces of salmon sashimi, and 8 pieces of California roll. I asked the employee on the phone for a substitution for the shrimp due to an allergy - she happily obliged and told me that they will give me 4 pieces of salmon nigiri instead. My expectations were not high, but I was not let down, as my salmon tasted pretty fresh. My only complaint was that the California roll tasted a bit off, but not too bad.

I am a Fan!!! I rolled to their Location in San Leandro. It's Setup like a Ghost Kitchen for Sushi!!! There's Plenty of Parking there. I parked right in front and rolled in like a Boss. I was Greeted when I entered the lobby. I perused the Menu and Ordered the Orange Box Special!!! They are in their Grand Opening stage so they have me a Chinese Snack as a Gift!!! That was nice of them!!!! The made my Orange Box of Sushi very Fast!! I was quite impressed when e saw it!!! Even more so when I Ate it!!! It was delicious!!! I had everything I needed packed in my To Go bag !!!! Utensils and any Condiments like Wasabi and Soy. Sauce !!! The Owner even gave me a Complimentary Snack as mentioned earlier in my review!!! This is a Baller On A Budget Approved Establishment!!!! Very cool!!!!

Late-Night Sushi Gem Sushi Go-Go is a recent discovery for me, stumbled upon it thanks to Yelp. Late one night, craving something like poke or seafood, I decided to try the Lion King roll. The portion size seemed small, according to my wife, who tends to prioritize quantity in sushi. Personally, I was just hungry and satisfied, but we'll need another visit to truly gauge if it's a go-to sushi spot for us. Ordering in advance was a breeze, and upon arrival, the food was ready. The place was clean, and I must highlight that we were able to place an order rather late, around 9 p.m. - a significant plus as finding sushi joints open that late in the East Bay isn't common. While a comprehensive review will have to wait until we give it another shot, my initial recommendation is to give Sushi Go-Go a try. The convenience of late-night orders and the clean setup are promising signs. Looking forward to exploring more and providing a thorough review next time!

This is probably emerging as my favorite go-to place for sushi. I love the simplified menu and the variety of sushi they offer. My typical order is a Bento Box with 20 pieces, which usually fills me up at a very reasonable price. I usually prefer to pick up my orders and minimize interactions with everyone. So I can't speak too much for the customer service aspect, but in terms of food quality, it's always fresh and delicious. The price is also on point. In conclusion, would I recommend this place? Absolutely. From a price-to-value standpoint, you can't beat it.

This is takeout only, and the food is fantastic. The only raw fish they do is salmon but it's the freshest, most buttery I've found anywhere in the area. We've been coming here for months and it's always this good. Delivery is fast and dependable. Please go here and make sure they stay in business!

We've bought dinner twice. Order on the spot. Sushi was tasty. There are a lot of grub hub people picking up orders which shows its popularity. When we waited just a little longer, they gave us extra miso soup.

Tried this grand opening restaurant in the neighborhood. The cashier was very rude, and the food was not fresh. I went to bathroom three times after the meal. Not recommended at all.

I ordered an orange box and salmon sashimi, it was very fresh and delicious. There is also some claw machine, you can play with it while you wait. The cashier lady is nice I will definitely go back again!

I first time ordering sushi here but I was very disappointed, the salmon is not fresh ,none of it......and the rice must have been made a day in advance......because the rice was too hard.My friends said it was not tasty at all.I'm not recommend this place.
