Over priced dollor store items. A nail polish for my wife? $19.00. Insane. Plus it was diluted. This was a funnel for the crypto coin you helped crash. Good Bye!
Took my 3 nieces to Sweet July in Oakland , and the service and treatment was emmaculent
Unfortunately wasn’t able to experience the store despite traveling from Fort Lauderdale, FL. Because “Sorry, we’re closing a bit early today.” It was 1:30 pm on Saturday 10/19/24
No signage in the door or any notice online. But was told they’ll open again tomorrow at 9 am.
The picture was my view as I walked back to my car, sadly.
Such an incredibly beautiful shop, so many unique products, wonderful staff and great pastries!
Check out COCOACENTRIC Jewelry while you’re there!
Beautiful store / coffee shop. Airy and tastefully designed, I could hang out here all day :) Friendly staff and good vibes. Didn’t realize until visiting that it is Ayesha Curry’s. Love to see the support for black owned brands and products. One note - the product assortment is nice however could be better if there were more gifty impulse items at lower price points ($25-$50). The coffee was delicious too, love the variety of house made syrups.

Good atmosphere and good coffee!
A very interesting mix between a home goods / clothing boutique and a cafe. I felt like I was having tea inside an Anthropology Home catalogue. Which wasn’t a bad thing! I had a Thai Tea while chatting with a friend on their long couch. Their cafe has limited options, but every milk/milk alternative you could hope for. It was empty when we visited and served as a lovely place to catch up with someone or browse.
Store/coffee shop with a very limited menu. Sitting in the middle of a store with our coffee felt odd. I'd much rather go to a cafe. We were there for an hour and didn't see anyone buy anything. The store doesn't feel welcoming, it feels a little gallery-like and I was afraid to break anything. There is security outside for parked vehicles so that's nice. I have no need to go back
This is listed as a "store" but it needs to be clear that there is a lovely cafe inside the store and you don't need to buy any products other than a coffee, tea, or pastry to enjoy your time here. I got a masala chai and sat in the comfortable arm chairs for about 2 hours while I got some work done. The ambiance is quiet conversation, a little louder than a library but not obtrusive. The lighting is great. I did browse some of the products for sale (kitchen wares, skincare products, clothes, books/journals) but didn't buy anything.

Peaceful and spacious spot for coffee and lifestyle products. Really liked the choice of earth tones for interior decor, the ambiance is very relaxing. The cold brew was pretty good too.
I wont eat there…When people say only using black peoples this and black peoples that…racist.
Masala chai was so yummy!
I was super excited to go and had it on my saved places. It is a beautiful store. But why call a place a cafe if you don't even serve real coffee? I got a chai tea and, it wasn't good at all, butter. I actually went to peets afterwards. I can't help but wonder if they use the word ‘cafe’ to lure you in just to really shop. And the items they sell are super expensive. It wasn't the experience I thought I would have.
Love the Coffee, Love the Ambiance, a beautiful welcoming place I can sit and chat with my girls, and then we can shop. Staff is very helpful and kind. Sweet July has several items from clothing & jewelry to plates & books, most of which are sourced from Women. I love it!
