We love Symple Foods! I have tried several meal prep companies before but quickly get sick of the food. I really appreciate that Symple foods is slightly different combinations each week and simple oil/salt pepper. It starts us on a good kick each week to have healthy food delivered Monday and it’s easy to skip a week or change the quantities/protein choices week to week. We also started Symple to get away from our DoorDash habits and it has helped us reduce ordering and cook from home more to supplement our meals with you all. I hope Symple Foods continues to do well! We are big fans

I finished everything and so far everything is as advertised: fresh, clean and no prep! And the portions are big enough! After I made my plate of veg selections I realized there is plenty in each box and you don’t waste food!I ordered my kit Friday afternoon and it arrived Monday afternoon.
