The best meal delivery I have ever had... I have tried Sakara, Thistle, Model Meals, Daily Harvest Nutrition for Longevity... nothing is as yummy, healthy or nutritious as this. I just KNOW this is helping my fitness goals. I googled the founders and one used to do meal prep for fitness models, whilst the other is really into farm to table cooking. It makes sense because I got beautifully packaged and delicious meals that are all portion controlled and reasonably priced. They are made locally. I am obsessed!

Symple is fantastic! It's the exact way I like to eat - healthy, whole food, well balanced with lean protein, complex carb and plenty of vegetables - seasoned with salt and pepper.
