I’ve stopped by here several times to get boba on a hot day. Today I got the mango delight with aloe (~$7) which was perfect for a hot summer afternoon. The service is fast and the food is good. I’ve also tried several of their milk teas before as well which are all great. The level of customization with the ice, sugar, and dairy options are always a plus. T4 is always a great spot

Great place to have Boba. I go around every month, and I have to say, get the mango fanatics. It's fantastic. All drinks are around 5$. Also, their drinks tend to be sweet, so I would recommend you choose a lower sweetness level than normal.

I order fries tofu and it was very very salty for all of the tofu. The cashier had no smile on her face and bad attitude. The boba was ok thought
