These people overcharge for their drinks, don't provide itemized receipts and then act like they don't understand English. Do not support this business and take your money elsewhere.
Staff members don’t know what they are doing and will try to over charge you on purpose for their benefit. MAKE SURE TO ASK FOR A ITEMIZED RECEIPT WHEN VISITING THIS PLACE.
Love the boba and pudding toppings here (great flavor and consistency), and the tea-based drinks I've tried. However, Taro Milk Tea used to be a go-to for me, and after this week no longer will be. In the past I've ordered this drink and I swear it was made with fresh taro - this week I ordered a "fresh taro milk tea" with soymilk, boba, and pudding at 0% sweetness, and it tasted SO overwhelmingly sweet and artificial that I had to go home and dilute it with milk just to be able to drink it. It was disappointing to spend over $7 on such an unenjoyable drink, and maybe they would have remade it for me had I went back but I had already driven away. I wish that when I ordered "fresh taro" the person working would have clarified that I would not be receiving a drink with fresh taro, so I could have switched my order to something I could enjoy. Very disappointed in the change of quality - with fresh taro there is natural sweetness that along with the boba and pudding makes it just the right balance of sweet and flavorful. With what I was given, even at 0% sweet, the only flavor I tasted was "sugar" -- maybe whoever was making it misread the 0% as 100%? Maybe the powder they're using already has sugar mixed in?
I will still hit this place up when I want a tea-based drink, but it's hard pass on the current taro flavor they seem to have switched to.
I ordered 30% sugar but it was still so sweet. Sometimes I even forgot to put in the toppings.
The drinks are on the cheaper end which is nice. The issue was that they took over 20 minutes to make 2 drinks, because they lost track of our order.
I heard great things from this boba tea shop but when I went inside and started ordering the person on the other side didn't even know what they had on the menu. And the speaker made it hard for me to understand. (They would also speak over me which already made it difficult)after like 20 minutes they finally figured out what I wanted which was Caramel boba, Twin tea boba, and spring rolls. Now as I was waiting for my food I would see other people With much Larger orders get their foods and drinks first and I have already been sitting there on the sofas for over 47 minutes. Next thing I know is they put my drinks and food on the side of their table without calling my number.I approach them and ask them why they didn't say my number But they insisted that they called my number(They never did) keep in mind This order took over 47 minutes and right when I saw the drinks I realized that they didn't give me the twin tea boba but Instead Gave me milk tea boba! And I waited over 47 minutes for a "little mistake" as said by the staff. When I asked for a refund they said they can't give me back my money Which was surprising to me. ALSO MY caramel boba didn't even have that much caramel Which made me even more Upset And the final thing was The spring rolls was really dry And didn't even have enough flavor, Actually more like it didn't have any flavor. Overall my experience here was HORRIBLE. Will I be coming back? HELL NO I don't know what I did to deserve the treatment I got.

Took an hour to receive 2 out of 3 drinks :// Gave up after waiting for so long. Customer service was apathetic and pretty unhelpful.

The fried tofu was great and I loved the taro milk tea. Standard sweetness is very sweet which is what I wanted!

I had heard good things and wanted to check out T4. Matcha latte milk tea and popcorn chicken were excellent until I found a hair in my food. I had taken it to go and by the time I noticed they were already closed. Truly soured the experience. I understand these things happen, but no one is wearing a hairnet and I witnessed staff touching their faces while working. Better hygiene practices can prevent occurrences like this in the future. If they’re interested, I was order 1207 @ 6:40pm on 5/15/24.

Ordered online and got two roasted oolong milk teas (one with grass jelly and one with tapioca pearls). Strong tea flavor but on the sweeter side even at 30% sweetness.

great prices, plenty of freshly fried fries, solid early grey black milk tea; it’s the bit of Asia/Taiwan I need in my life

Myself and almost all of the other in-store/walk-in customers around 5pm today waited 40 minutes for our orders today. Both myself and the person before me in line only ordered one drink each. It was busy and there were lots of mobile/pick-up orders too, but 40 mins. just waiting was a huge waste of time. Staff were all trying their best, but it seems the store is severely understaffed.
This place has some of the best prices for boba around. They have seats inside allowing you to spend some time with friends. The staff was friendly and quick with my order. I only wish that their payment system was a bit more updated to easily tip.
