Came here 12/29/24 and bought 2 chicken quesadillas 2 crunchy tacos 2 nacho fries food was super hard I called back and let them know I spoke to rigoberto and told him he said I'm calling the wrong restaurant BCS the food they make there is not hard to go complain somewhere else I asked for a supervisor and he said my supervisor is at home you can't talk to them terrible service with attitude I had never had a problem here until today unfortunately rigoberto wants to give bad service food was thrown away 🤢 tortilla was stiff you couldn't even pull it apart or chew it there went my 24$

This Taco Bell is in a super sketchy area of town near Oakland Airport. There is a Tesla supercharger next door in the McDonalds parking lot, and there are tweekers walking around all over like zombies from the Walking Dead looking in cars and coming up to beg for money or food. But the people at the TB were friendly and the food was prepared better than any TB I’ve been to in years!!
