This birria burrito is DELICIOUS and plentiful. My partner loved TER’s truck when he lived in Oakland and we still drive in to get it. We’ll be arguing about the best burrito in the Bay until we die, but I’ll never say no to El Rey.

I really think most of the people giving this place a good review must be malnourished from climbing at Pacific Pipe and would rate dog food well at that point. Out of all the food trucks in the area, this is the worst. I've been there a couple of times and was utterly disappointed each time. The food is not good amd the service is even worse. Just avoid it unless you are about to fall over from starvation after a climb.

This was my second time coming here. I only went this second time because the other taco truck which is a whole lot bigger wasn’t there today. The first time I had this taco truck it was gross. Today there wasn’t much of a difference. Disgusting tacos, probably the worst I’ve ever had. No flavor. I couldn’t even it the last two of my tacos. I literally had to spit it out it was that bad.

Great burritos for a reasonable price after climbing. Most of the menu is simple but filling and the lengua in particular is good. The owner is also incredible and has been kind every time we've visited!
