I was at the taco truck in the parking lot at Pacific pipe, the rock climbing place at Mandala & W. Grand.Parking: Parking lot gets full. It's usually busy most of the time. Only 2 disabled parking spots. Street parking is busy also. It maybe only while business is open, I'm not sure.

I believe that I have rated a burrito here before, so this time, I decided to try a chicken taco, and it was delicious. Next time, I will try a taco or burrito with one of their other types of meat: tripe or tongue. The service was quick, and the food truck was located in the parking lot of the Pacific Pipe Climbing Gym.

Easily the best Mexican food I've ever had. Tgeir Al Pastor is one of the tastiest thing ever. Whether tacos or a burrito, I can't recommend it more. If you're climbing at Pac Pipe, you probably already know. I've eaten there so many times, and always debate it when I go climb.Dietary restrictions: Great for gluten or dairy free!

Great taco truck, right outside pacific pipe climbing gym. Get their lengua, cabeza and pastor tacos/burritos. Perfect after a good work out. Usually sit outside at the picnic tables or take em to go. Can be a bit of a wait when it gets busy but nothing too bad.

This is EXACTLY what you want after climbing, a nice fat tasty burrito with lots of meat! They are super fast and have great customer service. I am very happy that it's this burrito truck posted up outside, they don't skimp on quality. Go for the Al Pastor, Oh and the hot dogs are good too if that's your thing.
I ordered an al pastor regularl burrito. This is by far the worst burrito I have ever had in California. It was incredibly loose, dripping wet inside, like the al pastor was a slurry, and with excessive folds of the tortilla causing chunky tortilla bites.I want a refund, and I rarely say this. Rather disappointed.

I ordered an al pastor regularl burrito. This is by far the worst burrito I have ever had in California. It was incredibly loose, dripping wet inside, like the al pastor was a slurry, and with excessive folds of the tortilla causing chunky tortilla bites.I want a refund, and I rarely say this. I've gotten food from this food truck dozens of times. Overall, the food is pretty consistent and service is pretty quick! They sometimes stay open later than 9pm, though it's not guaranteed.

Food Truck, Ordered my standard shrimp super burrito light rice. They added some fish to complete it i think to save some shrimp for tacos.Burrito was unusually hearty and kept me horribly full for far too long. It didn’t have the liquidness often found in the 4star varieties I’ve eaten. Good to go for this dish with a bulk like appetite. Nice fast service.

I got super nachos with al pastor. I got a huge portion so I definitely felt I got my money's worth, nacho sauce was also good. Having said that, the al pastor tasted too sweet. I'm not a fan of sweet stuff in general so it turned me off. I ended up being unable to finish the nachos, partially because it was a lot of food to take in but mostly because I got too tired of eating the overly sweet al pastor.
