I'd never been to Tacos Los Amigos. A buddy of mine took me there because of the steak fries and I gotta admit, they were freaking fire! Only thing I found difficult to deal with was that they only accept cash. So we had to go look for an ATM first and then come back.There's ample parking....currently there is roadwork being done along their stretch. There is still a gravel driveway for access for now.

One of the worst taco trucks I have ever been to. If you are willing to wait over 40 minutes for steak fries and tacos then come here! They don’t even have a number system to get your order. There is only two ladies working which by the way had the worst customer service ever. There was no salsa for the tacos nor fries and the asada meet was drier than a Popeyes biscuit. I definitely do not recommend this place, ESPECIALLY if you’re looking for authentic Mexican tacos.
Great fast service, clean, not too greasy! It has a larger parking lot with street parking available. My taco kept well overnightEditing 5 years later to say I'm happy the quality has kept consistent all of these years! Still one of my favorite taco trucks in Oakland. Multiple taco plate is from today, July 19th 2022

I wasn’t a fan the first time I tried this place, but now I’m hooked. Thus far, they have the best pastor tacos that I’ve had in the area. Also, the pollo asada is amazing. I’m not a huge fan of steak fries or burritos. They are also open super late… winning.
