I recently had the pleasure of dining at Taps & Takeout in Pediment, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience! From the moment I walked in, the welcoming atmosphere immediately set the tone for a great meal. The decor is modern yet comfortable, making it a perfect spot for both casual dining and special occasions.
The menu boasts a fantastic selection of dishes, with something to satisfy every palate. I opted for their signature burger and a side of loaded fries, and I was blown away by the quality and flavor. The burger was perfectly cooked, juicy, and topped with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The fries, smothered in cheese and toppings, were the perfect indulgence!
What really stood out to me was their extensive drink menu. The craft beer selection was impressive, featuring both local and artisanal brews. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me choose the perfect pairing for my meal.

Came across this place today and saw a nice live show outside which sounded really nice, so we got in and ordered some mimosas and fries which all were priced really fairly and everything came out quickly Great atmosphere and the crew are very friendly! Definetly coming back for the Columbian party on 9/29

Apparently the regular chef was out and the person running the kitchen had two days of experience. The food was very slow and the chicken on my sandwich was inedible. The fries could have been good if they had been cooked a little longer and not been served dripping in oil. Ask who is cooking before ordering food. Additionally the beer selection was surprisingly limited considering the name of the place.
The staff here are informed, laid back, and yet fully attentive. We really appreciate stopping here to decompress when ever we’re in the area. If this isn’t already your favorite spot I strongly suggest you make it yours. Food and drink is hard to beat ESPECIALLY for the price point.

I had a phenomenal experience at Taps and Takeout and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a bite to eat, terrific beer on tap, or a warm ambiance. Joe, the owner, welcomed me into his place and was very kind to me throughout my time there. I had the steak sandwich and it was a well done meal at a good price ($12 for mine). The menu is extensive and the chef in the back does a great job getting orders out. I met some nice people there as well, mostly locals from the surrounding neighborhoods. It had a nice community feet to it and I'm sure I'll be back very soon.
Vegetarian options: They had some vegetarian options including a sandwich and i believe an appetizer, but don't quote me on the second part.

Perfect spot for a bite before an event at the church across the street. Our server was absolutely delightful. It was fun to be offered free shots of whiskey when we arrived. Food is satisfying and reasonably priced. Lots of families having a great time.
