If you are looking for the best Mexican food in Fruitvale, look no further! This family has been operating one of the highest quality food trucks in the area (of the same name) for over 20 years so it’s no surprise their new storefront is excellent as well.Their burritos are top notch - flavorful with the right balance of ingredients. Their tacos, tortas and sopes are very good as well. Every component is well made and never are any corners cut. Neither the beans nor the tortillas are made with lard. Fantastic homemade tortillas.Several available dishes are not listed on the menu at the moment, including enchiladas (three fillings), soups (pozole and caldo de res), and dinner plates (see photo).For dessert the serve Loard’s ice cream and also have both jugos and liquados. What more could you ask for?!

Same folks as the excellent truck of the same name. Incredible tacos, always perfectly crisply cooked meat and delicious salsas (tripas tacos especially good). Nice clean seating area for when you prefer to eat in.

I came in it was very clean an organized, my kids loved the food and the salsa , not only is the food excellent but the customer service is great , we are so impressed , will definitely be returning. Great family bussiness .

Bruh... had a lengua burrito and it was bomb!! Their salsas are on point!! The avocado salsa hands down the best Ive ever had apart from my momma's!! And their chips, damn, sooooo gooood they are addicting! Big plus, they are super clean!

Everything’s just right! I ordered a carne asada quesadilla, asked for custom version, everything came out perfect. Tortilla was perfectly crispy, with an almost croissant-like fluffy crispyness. Delicious carne, and perfect portion size. Red and green sauce were very very strong. Bonus carrots and veggies and whatnot. Lovely staff, nice and clean bathrooms, all-around excellent experience.
