Without a doubt the smallest Target I've ever been in, curious to know if it's the smallest Target period!! Located on the corner of 27th and Broadway in downtown Oakland, this small Target has 3 floors, and they have a little bit of everything. I was very excited to see that a new Target store opened in Oakland. However, it was most disappointing. First, the parking was in a basement, extremely small small spaces and limited number of spots. Secondly, the store had a very small selection of items, especially clothing. It was like a "Target-light." I will not be returning when I can go to the Target in Emeryville and get everything that I need. And, plenty of parking!
