They make an amazing Jazmine latte (hot) and they have a fried bun with curry veggie filling that is so delicious! I love going here after picking up bread at La Farine.

When am I not ever here? I love their freshly brewed teas and that fact that they serve boba at 1030am is a huge plus. The match here hits like no other spot, but I also appreciate the variety whenever I am not feeling caffeine especially their barley tea latte which I haven’t seen it anywhere else. Parking does suck here though.

I bet you won’t find any tea brand comparable to Tea On Piedmont on the West Coast! The Hojicha latte was a 1000 out of 10—absolutely amazing! And the iced matcha latte= A dream come true!!
