I'm not normally a tea drinker but I had the Hojicha latte and I have become addicted. It's amazing!They also have nice pastries with a French influence as well as a number of fancy teas for sale. My daughter said the strawberry milk with boba is delicious.Central location on Piedmont avenue with Wi-Fi and power if you need to do a little work on your laptop.Highly recommend.

Come here often. Small boba drink selection but great quality. My to go is the Joco Latte with boba, I go with full sugar, not overly sweet, prominent tea flavor, no artificial taste. It’s worth my $ and calorie intake. Nice staff and ambience are plus!

If you order tea (and you stay in the store), you can get one refill. Highly recommend their Jasmine!The staff are all so incredibly nice and helpful. They also have some merchandise/chocolate that make great gifts.Love the big windows and natural lighting in the front nook area. Perfect vibe all around for a zen afternoon.They allow you to bring in sushi from the store across the street!

Love visiting Tea on Piedmont! Not only are their drinks delicious, they partner with other local small businesses for popups so that we can learn about them and can easily purchase them at the store! I’ve already gotten Formosa Chocolates, Bake Sum pastries, pineapple tarts and most recently the Anton crepe cakes from them ?? The staff and owner are extremely kind and friendly — I’ve never been disappointed and neither will you.They are also pet friendly so you can bring your fur babies the next time you want to get boba with friends here :)

Super great corner tea shop. The hoji cha or latte is a solid choice. There are small bites to pair off with your drinks. Plenty of seats and friendly staff.Parking: Parking might be challenging so walking may be a good option.
Just tried this place for the first time and wow! I had the iced barley latte and even unsweetened it tastes like a delicious milkshake. I loved the iced (though iced cups were not compostable so will plan to bring my own next time). I also sampled the oolong macadamia latte which was quite good. The person working here was very kind and clearly knew a lot about tea. Lots of sweet gifts for last minute holiday shoppers and pleasant sitting environment. Prices were solidly in the "special treat but not outrageous" realm. Will work it into my rotation to come back more often!

Perfect afternoon treat if you're in the Piedmont area.I've walked past Tea on Piedmont sooo many times but yesterday I finally decided to pop in because my afternoon slump was hitting and I needed a silly little drink. The interior is bright and spacious, with a few people getting work done on their laptops. It seems like it could be a good place for a casual meeting or study session. I also loved their selection of cards & gift items - so cute!I wanted a little bit of caffeine, so I asked the employee working what she'd recommend. I ended up ordering the iced hojicha with boba. It really hit the spot. Overall, it was a great side quest to break up the monotony of my day, and I'd definitely go back.
