Enjoyed dinner in the hotel. Manny prepared us his signature bacon avocado quesadilla. Perfection with a glass of wine.

Very friendly staff, I've enjoyed all the food. Also it's great to have a place to eat since the area is not safe to go out. Trust me, the extra price you pay for hotel food/drinks is worth not getting robbed going across the

Service was nonexistent ??‍♂️ after seating myself and sitting for 10 minutes the waitress told me I couldn't sit at the counter because it was closed... then she just disappeared into the restaurant... Hummm

Hotel clean. I seen more housekeepers here then I have even seen at any hotels recently. Everyone was beyond helpful. The courtyard and pool area was clean, quiet, and safe. Fencing is around entire area of the hotel. Beds super comfy, great air conditioning.Only downfall was we traveled with a disabled adult and few times we noticed handicap parking was being used by someone that did not have a handicap permit in/on their car.

This could be a really nice hotel. I went out on the courtyard patio, beautiful weather and sat on their patio furniture. It was in good condition but the patio itself was filthy. It doesn’t take much to power wash or clean a patio.

This is bad place to stay. Sits in rough area. Service is terrible, elevator had not been mopped/scrubbed for days, nor my entire 4 day stay. Minimal services. The tall, skinny maintenance man was out in parking lot with a friend blasting loud music from car while friend was rolling, enjoying his dope. Only positive is very close to airport. Spend slightly more and stay at new Springhill if you are Marriott traveler.

The hotel is located only ~4 minutes from the airport. It provides a shuttle service from 4 am on, every half an hour. The Friday night rate is an excellent value. My room is spacious, has a king bed and a sofa bed. It has an iron and an ironing board, but it does not have a safe. There is a small refrigerator, two bottles of water and a Keuric coffee maker. The 24-hour fitness center is under renovation when I was there. There is a laundry room

- Close to the airport - Free Shuttle (previous reviews said it was a small van - not anymore! Nice size) - Excellent service from the staff - VERY clean rooms (and I'm a fanatic about clean) - Very nice decor - soothing and classy - not the bright gaudy colors you find at some places - Ample room to relax or sit at a desk and work - really love the double desk setup. We pulled the table out to eat at in the evening which was really nice. - Some rooms have a balcony with table and chairs. - We were on the backside so it was very quiet. - The bed was AWESOME - just perfect. - VERY well lit parking. - Breakfast and dinner on-site at the Bistro. - LOTS of food places nearby and Uber Eats or Door Dash delivers right to the room - This room anywhere else would be $250 - we paid $102. MORE than worth it!! I have NO complaints about this place. We only planned to stay one night and ended up staying 2. Everyone was very accommodating and we had nothing but great service. I'll be back any time I need to stay in this area. Oakland Airport just became my favorite place to fly out of because of this hotel. The only thing that makes is better is flying with JSX - every seat is a first-class seat and no waiting for TSA. Check them out - they are about 6 blocks from this hotel so SUPER convenient. After a long flight from Hawaii, my wife and I stayed here overnight before making the rest of the trip home. We landed at the airport and called the hotel for a shuttle, which arrived quickly. The driver was very friendly! On our way to the hotel, we got the feeling that we weren’t in the safest neighborhood, but the hotel was completely enclosed by a gate. Inside, the hotel was wonderful. The room had recently been updated and was very clean. The downside to this location is the location. It was dark and we didn’t have a vehicle, so we wanted delivery food. After 30 minutes of researching and calling several nearby restaurants/food services within typical delivery range, including 2 close by pizza chains, we were hungry and still without food. We were finally able to get dinner through DoorDash, and the rest of our stay was pleasant and quiet. If you’re looking for a hotel with nearby amenities/activities, I wouldn’t recommend this one, but then again, you’re staying by the airport. If you need a place to stay between flights, this is a great option, and I wouldn’t be opposed to a return stay here.

Well maintained property close to the Oakland airport. This is about one hour ride to San Francisco and those who are looking for cheaper options close to San Francisco, this is a great option. Some limited breakfast options. But close to a number of eating joints. So plenty of options available.

Ok drinks however a bit pricey for what they are. Being Vegan, I had no choice and was so glad I brought my own food from home.(can't beat homemade nosh). One thing that was super sweet of the service personnel especially Mauricio at the bistro counter, he gladly heated my food and served it on a plate. Yay!! I was content by.
