They messed up my order and gave me a grilled cheese instead of a cheeseburger. The cook said he was going to take care of it which I really appreciated, but I waited 30 minutes and it never came. I ended up leaving. If they didn’t want to remake it or have time to at least give me a refund. $20 down the drain and about to go spend more money at a different restaurant now cause I’m starving. Super irritating.

I was shocked, the place is very dirty. The bathroom is miserable no papers of any kind, no hand soap just used toilet papers on the floor, the staff is very provocative, when I picked up the food he just threw the bag on the counter towards me, I sate to eat and started eating then the lady told me we're closed and kicked me out before finishing my sandwich even there was another customer still inside waiting for his food, the burger itself was so bad and the buns were squished and was like only quarter inch thick totally different than what I'm used to from other locations, and finally when i went outside leaving there was rats jumping and running around in front of the restaurant which is so disgusting and I didn't see it when I entered because there was couple of people in front

This restaurant is the best! We had a late dinner at around 12 am and the service was fast the food was delicious and the staff were so friendly. Garlic parmesan fries are so good!!!!!I love The Melt ?

The burger and fries were great. Great value. The lemonade was overpriced and watered down. A homeless man stole some food and the manager spent 5 minutes yelling at him then another 15 minutes complaining and swearing about the homeless man. Made the whole experience annoying just let it go and allow us to enjoy our meal.
