Best latte in the Bay, hands down!☕️ The vegetarian sandwich was delicious, and the pesto sauce on the side salad was amazing. Super friendly staff, clean bathrooms, mostly indoor seating, and easy street parking. Would absolutely recommend. 10/10!

Tucked away on a corner in one of East Oakland's developing neighborhoods, they've done a wonderful job with this place.
As soon as you walk in the ambiance drips from every corner. The staff is nice and they have a selection of interesting drinks and foods at very reasonable prices.
They have Wi-Fi and some power available. Seating is limited and therefore it can get a touch noisy so I wouldn't come for an extended work session, but it's charm and decor are worth experiencing.

This is a little hidden place in Oakland, where I met to do a notary signing. I had a cold coffee. I will go back to a meal. 😉

I loved the atmosphere!!! What a nice and colorful place - with a really great upstairs. It's a bit a shame that I don't live in the area, I'd frequent this place constantly. The staff were really friendly as well!

If you want just a quick bite and a coffee or a full on breakfast, this is the spot for you. The chef is amazing. I had the simple Nutella toast but the amount of care that went into it made it all worth it. The chef also brought us out a mini yogurt bowl to enjoy. Such a great place!

Seriously good sandwiches. Will say it’s a bit of a wait each time to get our order but to me the wait is worth it. 10-20min depending on time of day.

We have been coming here for about 5 years and I always come back. It feels like home. They have toys upstairs for my kiddos and it has always felt like a safe space when It’s just me and the kids or when im by myself.

Truly a hidden gem! Solid café menu with very reasonably priced coffee. Breakfast sandwich bread was fresh and was very filling.
This is probably the cutest cafe in the surrounding area. It appears to be family run and while I didn’t have any food. The food looked fresh and tasty. Their menu has healthier options available, including vegan options. Unfortunately, they are charging really high prices for coffee drinks but the quality of ingredients is really poor. Since I am vegan, I had to ask them about what they used for their mocha to read the ingredients. They use Hershey’s syrup and charge over $6 for a small mocha. You can get a mocha with no artificial flavors, real cocoa, and no high fructose corn syrup, etc from a nice cafe in Piedmont for that price.
Updating my review since the owner was sarcastic in their reply. Hershey’s syrup is not a high quality ingredient. It’s fake, ultra processed nonsense. And if you’re paying the same price for a drink that you would pay in the most expensive areas of town with actual real food that’s a rip off. Do better.
