Chia Bowl
Chia pudding, a little plain yogurt and house made granola topped with fresh cut strawberries, blueberries and Mexican honey. The chia pudding is made with coconut milk so it doesn't have an overbearing sweetness to it! One of our staples!
Avocado Toast
Toasted sliced country levain topped with olive oil, avocado, cilantro, salt and pepper. Everyone nowadays has one but ours is more to the point and tastier at that!
Yogurt Bowl
Plain yogurt and house made granola topped with fresh cut strawberries, blue berries and honey. A classic to breakfast lovers everywhere.
Nutella Toast
Toasted wheat bread, Nutella spread, sliced strawberries and bananas. Your parents would probably say no if you asked for one of these for breakfast but what do they know anyways?

Cobb
Bacon, chicken breast, avocado, tomato and marinated onions served on mixed greens topped with green goddess dressing and parmesan cheese. The one, the only, the Cobb!
Chef salad
Two hard boiled eggs, turkey, tomato, cucumber and marinated onions served on chopped romaine lettuce, topped with green goddess dressing and parmesan cheese. Hey, if the chef recommends it then why not give it a go?
Caesar Salad
Chicken breast and croutons on chopped romaine lettuce topped with lemon parmesan dressing and parmesan cheese. If you like greens, chicken and cheese then this one's for you!
Salmon Salad
Smoked salmon and sliced strawberries served on a bed of spinach topped with lemon parmesan dressing. Never shy away from trying something new; the salmon and strawberries combine wonderfully so try it today!

Lunch
El Desperdicio
Baked seasoned pork, bacon, marinated onions and mixed greens on baguette with an herb aioli and pesto spread. Named for how much pork is in the sandwich; El Desperdicio directly translates to waste or scraps. And though the pigs get all the scraps you'll see this sandwich is not a waste!
El Tren
Baked seasoned chicken, avocado, carrots, jalapenos and marinated onions on baguette with a black bean spread. Named after the train from the owner's childhood. This sandwich is the train you'll make sure to catch!
Chipotle Sandwich
Your choice of either deli sliced turkey or baked seasoned chicken with avocado and mixed greens on baguette with a chipotle aioli spread. One out most popular items; the chipotle in this sandwich has been stripped of the majority of the spices you would expect but left all the flavor! So don't be shy and see what all the buzz is about!
The Mix
Deli sliced turkey, bacon, tomato and mixed greens on baguette with a green goddess spread. Imagine the sandwich your mom would pack you for lunch. Remember how flavorful and filling it was? Well, let's just say that The Mix would make your mom proud.
B.L.T.
Bacon, mixed greens and tomato on wheat bread with an herb aioli spread. THE prime example of what a simple sandwich can be. The B.L.T. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
Tuna Sandwich
House made tuna, tomato and mixed greens on ciabatta roll with an herb aioli spread. We mix tuna, green onions, capers, a tiny bit of lemon zest and mayo to make the "spread". If none of these ingredients can sell you on this sandwich then I don't know which could!
Veggie Sandwich
Roasted seasoned vegetables, avocado, tomato, cucumber and mixed greens on baguette with an herb aioli spread. Although we made this sandwich for those who don't eat meat; we definitely recommend that everyone try this one. The perfect seasoning of the roasted vegetables paired with the crisp and fresh bite of the others creates a symphony of flavor enough to make anyone's mouth water.

Best latte in the Bay, hands down!☕️ The vegetarian sandwich was delicious, and the pesto sauce on the side salad was amazing. Super friendly staff, clean bathrooms, mostly indoor seating, and easy street parking. Would absolutely recommend. 10/10!

Tucked away on a corner in one of East Oakland's developing neighborhoods, they've done a wonderful job with this place.

As soon as you walk in the ambiance drips from every corner. The staff is nice and they have a selection of interesting drinks and foods at very reasonable prices.

They have Wi-Fi and some power available. Seating is limited and therefore it can get a touch noisy so I wouldn't come for an extended work session,...

I loved the atmosphere!!! What a nice and colorful place - with a really great upstairs. It's a bit a shame that I don't live in the area, I'd frequent this place constantly. The staff were really friendly as well!
