I have traveled far and wide, but I have never been to a place as homely and lovely as Brian’s bar. This is the true neighborhood bar representing the best of Oakland, and it's the best place to be if you have nowhere else to go. The taproom is therapeutic for the soul, and you'll either walk out happy or feeling special. I hope all of you will visit. Great beer, and it's awesome that you can bring your dogs too. Overall, an amazing community bar!

I was on the way to a different brewery in the area but they were closed and I’m glad I found this spot. The staff are down to earth and friendly and the atmosphere was perfect for what I was looking for (getting a little work done along with a pint).

I want to go there next weekend but for some reason the website and menu are password protected. I guess their motto is, "If you have to ask you probably can't afford it."

Great experience since my first visit. Can’t go wrong here if your looking for chill vibes and a chance to meet new people and friends. Close to Jack London Square which always has other venues to explore after a couple of drinks here!
