I love their burgers and their fries are good too however I’m giving it a one star review because of their grilled cheese sandwich. It’s so short on the second time even. The first sandwich was only grilled on one side and I wouldn’t even say grilled it was more toasted on one side or heated up. It had a little bit of discoloration on the bread. The second side or the other side was completely uncolored. It was totally white and the cheese on the outside of red even it was not melted, and it was not hot. So now I feel like I must write this review in hopes that they will see it and understand that there is a way to make grilled cheese sandwiches, Step one of the grilled cheese sandwich is that you put butter or mayonnaise on both pieces of bread that butter or mayonnaise will be the part of the sandwich that will come in contact with the grill or hot surface and then you’ll put the cheese on and you put the sandwich together and then you put it onto the grill. You don’t have to press down. You don’t have to use the weighted weight thing that you use for burgers and such you just put it on there you let it grill for a little bit the oil in the butter or the mayonnaise will crisp it up perfectly. Then you flip it over and you do it again and the oils in the Others slice of bread on the or the oils from the other slice of bread well then grill the other side and then you will get a nice grilled toasty hot crunchy yummy grilled cheese sandwich if you don’t put anything on the bread on the outside of the sandwich you will not have a grilled cheese sandwich you will have a warm cheese sandwich.

Great food. Ordered carry out, waited because it wasn't ready yet, I thought maybe because the onion rings take a bit longer. I saw them check the bag, check the receipt add the side of ranch and the coleslaw then staple the receipt over the nicely folded and closed bag. I assumed that my rings were in the bag and the ones sitting in a tray on the counter were for another order. I was wrong. I kinda feel like if you seal the bag and then I open it in front of you to check your work that is an insult. Receipt #1Y5H

True Burger delivers! The ingredients were incredibly fresh, the burger was super juicy, and the fries were absolutely perfect. You can really taste the quality—definitely coming back!

Used to be my favorite place, easy 5 stars, went 50+ times, but now seems to just be so-so. The sauce wasn't as mouth-watering, the bun was crunchy instead of soft, they put cheese when I didn't ask for it, etc.

Yep, it’s a burger joint. A good one. A consistent one. Delicious burgers, fries and milk shakes. One vegetarian option (mushroom) and fried chicken on the menu too. We had garlic fries, they also had regular and onion rings too.
