Rude service. Place was empty. just wanted to get regular frozen yogurt and leave. Halfway through my process they kicked me out because I have a dog.

I thought getting frozen yogurt would be refreshing after talking a short hike in Piedmont Park so decided to stop by here to see if they have vegan frozen yogurt. This shop is located in a nice area right on Piedmont Avenue. When I went in I was the only customer there and went to take a look to see what vegan options they had. Nothing was labeled vegan, but they had a Pomegranate Raspberry Sorbet that was labeled as nondairy. I'm not even a huge fan of sorbet, but that was the only option so that's what I chose. The cups were kept behind the counter and I was handed a cup to get my own frozen yogurt. Then I handed the cup back to the person working there to put on my toppings for me and chose the following: mochi, one lychee, rainbow agar and crushed oreos. I was expecting my creation to cost somewhere between $6 - $7.50 and it was way over $9.41 before tip! That is just way too expensive and not worth it given the limited selection for vegans. I don't plan on coming back based on their prices and lack of vegan options.

I would single-handedly keep this place open if I could! it's so clean, delicious and has amazing flavors and toppings. It has all of the fun candy and syrups, mochi, sprinkles, brownies, skittles, etc. you could want on the right side. On the left there is a ton of fresh fruit, popping boba, lychee, cherries, and others. The staff is nice and will use hand sanitizer for you as soon as you come in before you get your cup. Perfect place for families, friend hangouts and first dates. <3 =^_^=

They won’t let you pour anything yourself so they over load your stuff which makes it extremely expensive

Good place for frozen yogurt, usually to go since they have so few seats. Build your own sundae with lots of toppings. A good healthy alternative to ice cream.Nicely located on Piedmont Ave where there is an interesting selection of stores great restaurants for a small neighborhood street!

We went to this place last summer and just adored it! The person who owns it is over the moon nice, probably one of the nicest store owners. They are very careful about covid and we love love going there. Whenever we visit we go at least twice. If you're looking for good frozen yogurt go here!

Yogurt is ok, but they do not stick to the hours they display on their site which is annoying for some who drive a little ways and an hour and a half after opening time according whats stated online they are closed. They also never answer the phone even when they are open so you cant really call in advance to find out if they are open or not.

We love this place! The frozen yogurt choices change every 2-3 weeks and I'm always pleasantly surprised with the new options. The owner is super nice and has done a fantastic job providing great service during Covid. It's my family's favorite treat! Also they have excellent non diary choices!

I love Tutti Frutti so much. I go in there all the time. It is my favorite neighborhood place. I like that I can put as much candy in as possible. And like six brownie bites! And cover it with caramel sauce until it's a delicious abomination. They let you do that. For real! Dreams come true here. Let me tell you a story. In 2011, my then-girlfriend/now-wife and I got yogurt from a place like this in New Jersey. I got gummy worms in with my yogurt and I think some graham cracker dust and the worms got rock hard real fast. I swore then and there that I would never mix gummy and frozen yogurt. Then some stuff happened and in 2021 we went to Tutti Frutti. My wife warned me to not mix gummy and yogurt and, while she was right to do so, I decided to heck with it I want gummy bears and was promptly shown nothing but support as a heaping pile of gummy bears was deployed upon my yogurt. I cannot express my gratitude at what this gesture, providing me the gummy, means to me. And, I gotta say, Tutti Frutti's gummies do NOT turn rock hard as fast as the east coast ones because they are from California and they are relaxed! I mean I love New Jersey and it'll always be my home but I feel much less stress living here. Anyway, take care of yourselves and practice self-care by visiting Tutti Frutti no less than twice daily and experiencing everything it has to offer. Oh, if you made it this far I applaud your diligence and wish to reward you with some advice. Behold, my recipe for success at tutti Frutti: Think through the rough idea of your entire order before dispensing any yogurt. "Winging it" is highly not recommended! Here are some examples: * Chocolatey - focus on peanut butter cups, brownie bites, and heavier yogurt Eg cookies and cream. Good with caramel sauce at the end of you want. So avoid the lighter and fruit flavors. So more tutti and less fruity. I get some gummy bears in mine but I'm an expert and have been doing this a long time. *Uh basically the exact opposite of that. You get it. You know, with fruit. Anyway see you around

We love Tutti Frutti! It’s my sons favorite treat and I love their dairy free options. The staff are super friendly and always accommodating! Shelter In Place made us appreciate the little things in life and this is one of them!

They literally said they were open, and the place is empty. We were waiting for a while. It should've opened an hour ago.

I go here all the time...or I should say I use too go here all the time... The flavors NEVER change and it's always the saaaaaame boring flavors. They had the "tutti frutti" flavor once and I was excited to try it but it was actually kinda bland which was odd. AND to be fair, I get that Covid is going on...but I've been going here a LONG time, the flavors are always like this to "appeal to younger kids" (what the owner said) Okay, well give the kids strawberry and vanilla or at least just change like 1 maybe 2 flavors to be something different. Not the same thing all the time, same *safe* flavors everywhere else chooses...and what of you get watermelon? Kids don't like watermelon? Whatever you say... AND Ever since Covid started there's no fresh fruit...maybe strawberries but that's only on a weekend day MAYBE. Otherwise maraschino cherries are the only fruit, if you even consider that a fruit. otherwise it's just the jellies and such. I get it, but i just went to lakeshore and they still had everything, just in smaller amounts....just put like 3 blueberries out or something! Also, again, I get it that it's Covid right now, but if we put a glove on to put our own yogurt, then why can't we put our own toppings with that very same gloved hand? That makes no sense! I hate not being allowed to scoop my own toppings, I HATE IT. Part of what makes fro-yo, FRO-YO is the DIY aspect of it. Plus, this is just the kicker, of why I just can't even risk having to bother with BORING FLAVORS, NO TOPPINGS, NOT ABLE TO SCOOP YOUR OWN TOPPINGS... I went in once evening and there was a woman with her 2 younger children... So each kid had a yogurt and the mom had one...each kid had to ask their mom, EVERY SINGLE FRIGGIN TOPPING, if they could get it...to make matter worse the mom would sit there a moment and actually have to think about it..like "Can I have brownies?!?!" "Well, I guess but only 2 brownies, .................wait no only 1 brownie!!!" ((After she had already put 2 so she had to take it out)) And then she had to go through and scoop the moms topping after this...by this time I thought this has to be a joke, it HAS TO BE. So after standing there for 20 minutes, this is not an exaggeration, it was actually longer since after standing there a while I said to myself "okay wait 20 mins starting now" I left and went to fenton's (thank God is next door). It sucks, because the lady that owns the place is so darn nice I had to add a star for her alone. She is so sweet but like c'mon please switch it up! You can still make fro-yo Covid friendly while being safe and offering the same "pre-covid" type experience that makes FRO-YO. After going to lakeshore's fro-yo spot today, I have to say, I will be going there from now on. I've been going here for years and I guess I've finally just can't go here just because of how nice the owner is which actually makes me feel really bad

First time stopping in even though I've walked past it for years. It's very clean and froyo/toppings are all very fresh. You are given a disposable glove to use to dispense your froyo and then you tell the woman who works there which toppings you'd like. She was very friendly and polite. Can't wait to return and get the berry açaí again!
